Technician was not very professional and had horrible customer service. He came in plugged in the fridge in and left said he would be back tomorrow. Came back the next day for two minutes and looked straight at us to say the fridge is not worth fixing. No real diagnosis at all just because he came in twice for a grand total of five minutes total charge is $90. Save your time and money because its not like I hadnt already plugged in the fridge to diagnose that it wasnt cooling hence the reason for the call to this company. Never again will I waste my time or money.Unfortunately this review is the whole truth. We did have a representative for the company to apologue for our issue. Said that the technician has been working on refrigerators for many many years an is able to diagnose issues very quickly. Fortunately that is not the representation that I felt but agree that I do not work in the profession of appliance diagnoses an would not be able to figure out what is wrong so quickly. Feel free to call and get a diagnoses but remember that no matter what the fee that can be charged is as described no matter it 1hr or 5mins.

I recently called Woodard & Sons for a dryer repair. The service was fast, fair, friendly and convenient to my work schedule. I used them in the past to repair a washer as well. That was two years ago and my washer is still working like new. They always provide exceptional service and are flexible when it comes to repair times and so forth. If you ever need any help with appliances, Woodard & Sons will get you right!

I called at 8am in the morning to schedule a technician to come out to my home in Glennville Ga and they said no problem they will text you and set up a time when he gets a chance. Havent heard anything by 1230 so I call them and they say he is still busy and with text you when he can. Now at 3pm I finally get a text and talk to him to come out just for them to say they dont go out of Glennville city limits. They have had my adress all day they had my adress when I scheduled this morning and had no issue with it. So wasted my whole day and now everything in my fridge will be spoiled because I dont have time to find another company to come out. Terrible experience.

I called yesterday to see if they had any used refrigerators in and the man that answered the phone said they did. So I went there and they said they didn’t. She looked confused and was like you sure you called here?? Im like lady i know where I called and I wish i could remember his name! I just feel everyone should be on the same page there and it’s obvious they are not! OR just tell me you don’t want to sell me anything! Im highly disappointed being this is my first experience with them! I guess ill try elsewhere!

I went to order new appliances for our home that we are building. Erica was very nice and professional.She spent quiet awhile going over appliances, brands, and comparing models once we decided on Whirlpool.I had some tough questions that were answered very honestly and directly- which I asked for in advance.I appreciated her sharing her insights of brands and models.I chose to use a locally owned and operated store rather than a big box company for the personal attention that I received.I had price compared other companies and the very small difference in price is well worth the small town hospitality that I received.I have also used Woodards in the past for appliance repair and only had good experiences with them! The peace of mind of knowing that they give excellent customer care and service is another reason I chose them to purchase all of our appliances through.Good customer service has made a repeat customer out of my family!I am glad I chose Woodards and Sons to be a part of my home building adventure!✔️Appliances ordered✔️And I am supporting a small localBusiness in the process!

Jacob, Woodard and Sons’ technician, is the consummate professional..Having lived here for 20-plus years, I have used Woodard and Sons for all of my appliance repair needs and have been extremely satisfied with all work completed. Jacob is extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. On one occasion, my wife and I were convinced our garage freezer of 38 years was dying and began shopping for a new one. Although Woodard sells new freezers, Jacob performed maintenance on our freezer for a minimal fee and it is now operating at 100%. A considerable savings when I would have purchased a new freezer. I can not say enough about Jacob. Both honest and attentive to his customer’s needs, he needs to be commended for the tremendous work he does.

I’m am so pleased with the Excellent service I received. I was not able to get my freezer fixed until 2 weeks after I first contacted them.I spoke with Jacob was very kind and very patient and not only that he had ordered my part for the freezer the same day we spoke. I gave him my word that I wanted it done the following week, but something came up I was not able to get it fixed until 2 weeks after he was very understanding. I highly recommend Woodard & Son Appliances

The uncle and nephew came out to fix my dryer and I am very pleased with the outcome. They were very nice and professional. Even when i called the lady that answered was very polite. They do come on post (Fort Stewart). The price was very reasonable than what I thought it was going to cost me. I highly recommend this family business.. thank you!!!!

I really don’t leave reviews but I have to! I had a dishwasher that wasn’t pulling water in. It was as simple as a loose wire. He definitely could have told me it was something much more. Charged me the service call and that was it. Much cheaper then I was expecting!

Mr. Conyers was the one with me when I went to your office and when I received the return call (finally) when you told me to find someone else to install my range after I asked what kind of legitimate business you have when it takes numerous phone calls from me to receive a quote.Rebuttal to your comment:Mr. Conyers was the one that drove me to your office. As for the young man, I apologize that he received the ire from a disabled combat vet with PTSD. As for not having the info, I called with the info and you said that the installer would call me back with the quote. This was on June 3rd. The only time the installer called was after I came to the office after you told me that day that his phone was broke and he would be in shortly and you would have him call me while he was near a phone. Did he call? No. He called after I cause a ruckus and told me to have whoever I bought it from do the install. Great news about that! Lowes doesnt have anyone CERTIFIED to install gas stoves and didnt know any in the area that are certified. So we can continue this banter or you can prove that your installer is even CERTIFIED to install gas appliances by putting his certification/license number on here. If not, then we will know that he is not properly trained to install gas appliances.I know the last gas stove he installed here, was burning too hot and melted the paint off the back of my stove. Then he came back and had to adjust it.

Found these guys when searching for appliance repair here in hinesville. They said they were able to come out before noon the next day to check out the problem. The next day I waited til noon, and called to inform them that no one had shown up or call me. They replied with ok let me call the technician and I’ll call you right back. As you guessed, didn’t get a call back then either.Wasted a day waiting around for phantom service. That’s not how professionals conduct themselves. This company is not professional and cares less about you as a customer. They strictly want your money and business, it mainly your $$$.Hell my wife even called, left a return number, and they said they would call her right back. It was the straw that broke the camels back!Go with another company an save the headache. I should send these people a final bill for wasting my time and see how they feel about it. Only if it were possible!!

I had a warranty call with my appliance manufacturer, they send them out. I called their office the day I was informed of them coming the next day to ask at what time they would be at my home since I had an important appointment that morning. The lady on the phone was rude but assured me, she was going to call me back and let me know once she spoke to the tech. Call never came. The tech showed up at 10am, looked at my appliance and literally argued with me about what happened to it. He Called the manufacturer while standing in my house and kept telling them he dosent believe what i told him and there was an impact -which there wasn’t-. He ended up telling me they are not covering it. He wasted another hour of my time -I missed my appointment because of this- calling around to “document” whatever with the manufacturer. He ended up trying to charge me for the service call right then and there, I told him to send a bill since the manufacturer is responsible for it . Since I wasn’t happy with the entire situation I called the manufacturer after he left. I spoke to an cooperate supervisior and They confirmed that he was not supposed to charge me, since the determination of the coverage per their warranty wasn’t even made yet. They hadn’t received the pictures or the report so they couldn’t make decision. Very rude people that have absolutely no manners! seems like they tried to get the service call paid twice..UPDATE: frigidaire has replaced the unit per their warranty 2 days after this review since I was able to proof there was no impact on the unit. I have no longer been in contact with them ever since. They have also sent another company out to install which I was very pleased with.

I gave my telephone number and my address. I waited and waited. However, I never heard from them. I am going to call them again today as I cannot find another company and I need my machine repaired

I brought my dryer in and they fixed it within a day, and the gentleman gave me a call told me that it was ready for pick up, went and got it and is been working with no issues ever since!!!! Thanks Woodard, sure beats buying a NEW one...

I originally called maytag regarding my washing machine. Maytag assured me I had an appointment with Woodard and sons at x time on a certain day. I took off work for this appointment and, when no one showed or called I contacted Woodard and sons. The receptionist was super nice and found out that maytag never put in my order. The receptionist made a call to the supervisor for me regarding my service order and she got me that same day appointment if I could have maytag send over a repair number they would take care of my dryer. I called maytag so fast and, literally a few hours later my technicians came. They were very professional and, found my issue within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this company and, will use them for future repairs that I need for appliances as long as Im here.
