I took my car to this auto shop to get my exhaust installed. Everything was fantastic except that they kept an expensive part that was removed instead of giving it back to me.I had went to my trunk to check for it and it was missing so I had to go ask for it and they brought it to me. Im so glad I caught that before leaving as it is valued at around $1,000.I want to say it was a pure accident but I dont think so and they didnt provide an explanation as to why they kept my part...

Every time I have an auto problem I go to Chuck and he has never let me down. And he will price match and he stands behind his work. If you have auto problems take it to total car care and ask for Chuck. Tell him Arthur Pope sent you

DO NOT GO HERE. We dropped $3,000 to get our jeep fixed and then our power steering hose starts leaking less then a week after having it back and that is what they were supposed to fix. I called and complained and they wanted to say that the steering hose was not apart of the fixing process but that is one of the main reasons we came and needed to get it fixed and now they want to charge us another $400 to get it fixed.They are nothing but a scam.They also messed up our front blicker light and took one of our lock buttons in our car thinking we wouldnt notice.

Honestly couldnt recommend this place enough they are quick expedient professional and more price friendly compared to the other mechanics around town.

Took my car there to get diagnosed. Excellent service. Their prices are to high. They where going to charge me $880 for an ecu when the dealership only charges $549. Thats a $300 plus mark up on an item that not even oem

Went for an oil change and although they could not do it due to the height of my car, they were exceptionally helpful in making sure that I could find a place that did. The fact that they had recommendations of other companies who might have the tools to do the job I thought was just incredible. I HIGHLY recommend them if you have vehicle needs.

This place is really good took my suv to get a alignment and they found another issue showed me the problem and took care of it right away.

A rip off company. My car did not work after the finished with it. They kept finding another issue after another issue and re-used to give me my money back. I was out of over $1,200, and my car was not repaired. Dont ever use this place, especially if you are a woman going in alone for a service.

I brought my car to have my two rear windows checked out. They fixed my windows but in the process broke the Cadillac trunk self closing system. I always try to support small shops. But this place I would recommend driving pass. Warning, if you dont listen you may regret it later.

Avoid this place. They are running a scam. They did tell me what was causing my problem, but they also said there were problems that didnt exist.They told me my U-joints were bad as I had expected. They then told me that bad engine and transmission mounts had caused the U-joints to go bad. They gave me parts and labor costs. The time of labor was double what it should have been. The cost for parts was double that of Autozone.I went home and checked out my engine and transmission mounts. They appeared to be in good shape with very little play. I went to another shop for a second opinion. They determined that the engine and transmission mounts were in fact good. I replaced the U-joints myself and my vehicle is running perfectly. I will never go back here, and I will warn anyone I can about them. This business has no ethics.

Rippoff report. I had what I though a complete system flush with all new coolant from these guys. I said all new hoses and everything. They charged me for them and now I find out my recently failed coolant lines are factory on the car right from the maker. I verified and my current guy tells me the hoses were never touched since my car was new. Dont go anywhere near this shop and dont trust any diagnosis they give you.

Very busy higher end looking car place. Took my truck there for what should have been a simple fix. Waited two hrs.... before they even moved my truck to look at. I had explained what my issue was and told them what steps I had done. They pulled my truck in and spent one min to hook up there diagnostic tool and came and told me there was nothing wrong with my truck.They then charged me the 85 dollar diagnostic fee, for one min of there effort. But what really burned about this visit was after paying and leaving I didnt get 5 miles down the road before the same problem was back....not fixed. So I went right back to this shop and told them what happened and get this. They told me I would have to wait at least an hour probably 2 hrs before they could even pull my truck back to have another look at it Do not use this business, plenty of other good repair shops in Hinesville.

I wasted my money going here. I go in for one thing and they tell me I need something else and it should fix my issue. But it didn’t so now I have to take my car somewhere else to see what the real issue is

Worse customer service EVER!!! We visited for preventive care to the automobile. Unfortunately, the technicians created several problems that they were unable to repair. The technicians started random (half completed) tasks to raise the overall price. To sum it up, we ended up with a very pricey bill and the preventive care we took the automobile in for was NEVER corrected. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

My break lights did not work and my check engine light came on also. I have a 2004 Crown Victoria. I was charged a diagnostic fee for both problems for which I agreed to. I was told that the brakes light needed to  be rewired and in the process they would have to rewire the fuse box replace brake switch and fuses also which I agreed to. I was also told that the check engine light came on because of a thermostat fault which meant that I needed to get a new thermostat with a coolant change. The grand total that all of this work came too little bit more than $800 this seem too high but whatever I wanted my car fixed. They had my car for 5 days, Upon receiving my car the brake light was repaired but my car was running weird and my temperature gauge was inop. It wasnt  reading at all when you turn the car on the temp needle would move slightly and go down under the cold reading. So the mechanic that worked on my car who is a very good mechanic named James Brown said we are going to fix it bring it monday in which I paid the total and left.I brought my car back the following monday and dropped it off. They had it for the morning in which I received a phone call stating they switched out the second thermostat and they are still having the same problem and they couldnt figure out the problem and they wanted me to come get my car. So I went to their shop early Tuesday morning slightly upset because I had already paid for service that I did not receive. I would also like to note that my thermostat was reading fine before I dropped my car off at the start of this debacle. I asked to speak with the manager to whom I had to wait for because he wasnt there. The manager should be at his own establishment first thing in the morning when it opens.Before I even spoke with the manager he approached me with a hint of discomfort or in defense. I proceeded to introduce myself in a nice manner and explain my gripe with the service I received. He cut me off and told that he knew who I was with an attitude. So I responded lets get to the point in which I asked for a refund for the thermostat work so I could take the car somewhere else to get it fixed because they didnt do it. He told me that I wasnt getting a refund and what they would do was diagnose my car again  give me an hour of credit toward the diag and I would pay the difference and then they would fix it He said that the dash could be bad or it could be anything. I decided to leave my car anyway so they can fix it but upon walking out the door I change my mind and went back in to get my keys. There were 3 techs up front with the boss and nobody acknowledged my existence. So I walked to the desk and asked the manager for my key in which he replied we told you that we were going to fix your car with an attitude and shook his head. I replied that its cool Im going to take my car and I didnt need the sidebar in which he replied that Im the one acting crazy and they told me that they were going to fix it. We exchanged words to the point where one of the mechanics jumped up from behind the desk like he was ready to fight as was I while the manager was calling me a BOY. But what was the point I had my car keys and they had my money. I took my car to jk&t tire and automotive in which they immediately discovered the problem and fixed it the same day that wednesday. When I received my car the temp gauge was reading fine and they car was running like normal again. To my amazement the total car people installed the wrong thermostat. My model called for two different thermostats and they installed the wrong one. Jk&t charged me a little under $200 which is significantly less than total care care. Summed up Total Car Care overcharges and has piss poor customer service.

Do not go here!! They charge an arm and leg for basic services compared to othere shops in the area. Im surprised they get as much business as they do.

I only come here for my oil changes. The service is great and I only have to get an oil change once a year per vehicle.

Very good service and reasonable price

As a backyard mechanic with no welding skills I went here to have them put my exhaust on. A couple out later my wife and I drove by and we saw the truck lifted up with two guys under the engine (not where they were putting the exhaust on) and a third guy which I talked to that was doing the welding. They called us a hour later and we came to pick my truck up. My idler tensioner puller had been loosened, my power steering fluid was empty my engine oil is pouring out the back, my antifreeze was basically empty, my engine light is on. I went to advanced auto parts and there are about 17 codes that have popped up. Wheel speed sensors, gas code (when your gas cap has been loosened or isnt on properly) had a code for spark plugs just did a tune up so no reason for this) code for my o2 sensor (also brand new) so many code thrown after we drove away.Just got back from the chevy dealership and they said the oil pressure switch was removed and crossthreaded on. Going to JAG
