We love the fact that Extreme Audio is first come first serve. They are one of the few shops that will work on our BMW and they exceed our expectations EVERY time. Definitely unafraid of a challenge. Bought a radio at Walmart, could not find the correct harness block for my make of vehicle and a few other things that I needed with the radio because Walmart and a few other places were sold out of those things then called extreme audio and they had everything else I needed and everyone who works there was cool and down to Earth, and I had them do the install in it as well, reasonably priced!.. would recommend to friends and their work is top notch quality! I will be going back to them for any other upgrades!

Overpriced! An ‘07 MB window tinting starts out at $290? I thought I was back in Hawai’i w/ that price quote. Gladly I found another place that did it for less than $200, SHOP AROUND FOLKS!

Had a problem with my system not sounding right and took it to them to investigate.Initially thought the amp was damaged and was going to sell me another one and waive the installation fee which would have been good. They could have stopped there, but instead did further investigation to find the problem.They eventually found the problem and fixed it, and I did not need a new amp after all, and it was a lot cheaper than buying the new amp! I also got my vehicle back in a very timely manner.I look forward to doing business with them in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for car audio! Great work guys! I came here after reading countless reviews and I will say the reviews are correct these folks here are excellent at what they do. I have a factory Bose system and they were able to add subs and a amp at a great price and I was able to keep my factory head unit and the install was fast and efficient and they even made sure I was satisfied before I left. If you need almost anything car or truck related come see these folks they are honest people and wont pressure you into anything that you dont want

Got a remote key system from them and since the purchase it has had to be reset twice. When the key is working its great but when it goes out it acts crazy by flashing lights, locking and unlocking your doors, alarm randomly going off

Thanks to the crew at Extreme audio... I needed my amp tuned after a self install, and it sounds better than I hoped! I also purchased a couple new subs which they added for me, and they even gave me a great rate on the service and parts! My experience was great, and I will definitely be back..thx again!

Shop around you will definitely find better prices. I made the mistake of being impatient and buying a harness from them for $75 ($80 after tax) when you can buy the same exact harness on Amazon for $35 (free shipping). Then their return policy is ridiculous, no return on open items and 20% restocking fee. I didnt even open the item, the sales guy did. Bottom line is shop somewhere else unless you like giving away your money.

Excellent shop. They did a head unit upgrade in my Subaru Outback 2017 and were able to preserve the steering wheel controls and the back up camera!! Very happy customer.

This shop was very careful to make sure I had the proper equipment to satisfy my needs. All installed equipment, JVC head unit, 4 pioneer door speakers, kicker amp, kicker subwoofers, and all the appropriate wiring were done very professionally. My system sounds amazing and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend this shop for your audio equipment and installation needs !

I was told it would take two hours to put in a radio. I walked across the street and killed time for 2 1/2 hours. I came back and they hadn’t even started yet. So it would be another two hours. They do not communicate or tell you a rough timeframe from when you fit in line. They just tell you how long it will take to do the job.

Went to extreme audio to get window tinted they did a horrible job for the second time around i first took my 2017 lincoln mkz in there for window tint my car was cover in soap when i got it back the window tint on the inside had finger prints all over the windows, my car had all the debris from the tint that they left in my car. well i gave them a second go around I took my 2020 lincoln mkz there on yesterday. same problem but worth this time. got my car back the inside had trash in it the windows again got fingerprint all over the glass and my car was cover in soap. I will never do business with these people anymore nor will I recommend anyone.

Had a system installed in my chevy silverado today. excellent knowledgeable staff system was paid for and installed in 2 hours... a few months later i found that some of the screws under my dash were missing, and there was extra plastic pieces in the truck. also when i slide my seat back it hits the amp. not quite what i was expecting out of a professional install.

I took my car there to get my windows tinted A couple days went by and bubbles started to pop up so I took it back and they redid the whole tint, which I thought was nice of them to do. But Then a couple days went buy and bubbles started to pop up again. I followed all the rules I didn’t roll my windows down at all. I took my car back and asked for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The owner was really rude to me and said if I got a refund he would have to strip my car. I got my refund but I wasn’t going to let them touch my car again. The girl in the back who was doing my tint did a TERRIBLE job of cutting the tint too, I wouldn’t have a big deal with the cutting but I drive a convertiblethere. There also was a razor blade LEFT in my car! She got tint on my car that is white and even some on the top of my car which is cloth.. OH! And don’t let me forget that they did not put my door panels back on all the way or the correct way! Not the place to go if you want a tint!!!!! And when I did take it back the owner said “I just pushed those bubbles it with my fingers” this Don’t waste your time or money there!

I bought a pioneer system that was on sale from them (months ago). They installed it perfectly, professionally and even gave me an additional discount. I am very happy with it especially because it was my first system, after going so long without one, it sounds better than the last. I had a personal issue with the sound and took it in a week later to see what could be done. They readjusted the sound to my liking free of charge. Its been working great ever since. A great bunch of guys too, some military vets. Last note, I originally was going to buy a system that was 50$ more expensive, but a technician recommended the cheaper pioneers compared to the kenwoods because they were louder and had better sound quality. They really do care about quality and experience. Go here :)

Was not happy with there knowledge in dealing with motorcycle stereo. THEY can get better if they can understand a motorcycle and car stereo are not the same.I had 12 speakers on my motorcycle and they ran all speakers on 1 channel of the 4 channel amp. With all the speakers and tweeters it still sounded bad.. loud but no clarityI wanted certain speakers and they would not listen kept on recommend another brand... I understand they know alot about cars but I couldnt get them to understandMake sure you get what you want and not what they push. They are the experts and should no how to help customers and not push product.

Took my car in about a month ago, the whole car was tinted twice and the rear window was redone 3x. I was told the remaining bubbles on every window would seal with the summer heat. Here we are a month later and that has not happend. My head liner has stains all over it from the person who tinted my windows and when I went to try and clean my head liner I noticed it had been pulled up. Im very unhappy with Extreme Audios work. $220 down the drain for the crappy tiny job, stained and damaged headliner. Thatll be very expensive to fix. Not pleased at all.

So I have a 2018 chevy Silverado crew cab z71. I purchased a tire/rim/2.5 lift. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Upon pickup of the finished work I drove home happy and then noticed a slight issue at which point I called and explained to the Manager Ms tonya who handled the situation with utmost professionalism. I then brought my vehicle back to them to address the issue at which point the owner addressed the issue immediately even though he had to come out of pocket to fix the small damage. In short, I felt everyone at the shop conducted and responded quickly to all concerns and stood behind there work.No yelling or defensiveness occured during the issue. VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE DOING ALL MY FUTURE UPGRADES THROUGH EXTREME AUDIO!!!
