I just want to say Thank you Jennifer for going above and beyond even when you are not on the clock! Jennifer who works at big lots sold me a good bit of furniture. after having an issue with one dinning table set I called her and told her the issue she went back to work to pick up a whole new box and came to my house picked up the old one and replaced it for me so I didnt have to come back to the store. thats service right there and I will continue to purchase from her! Keep up the great work. They should make you the manager!

Great customer service during my purchase.We bought the Hamilton dinning set it is great for the price.

Bought a sectional sofa and waited 3 months to be contacted for a delivery. They say you should get your order between 2-8 weeks, but I guess it can be delayed for months longer.They use a third party delivery service (Ryder), so had to contact them in order to get an update on delivery. I also contacted Big Lots, but they did nothing. I knew it was a stretch using Big Lots for furniture, but I thought I’d try. Half of the couch never even got shipped to the local facility. Finally just canceled the order and refunded.Just don’t waste your time, go somewhere else! Will be way less stressful.

The one in Hinesville was nasty. Water leaking from the roof, some spilled fluid in the aisle, prices not posted on everything. DO NOT visit! This store should be closed down!

Shelves were quite empty not a lot of items to choose from.

Is good that we have a biglots on hinesville, but sometimes is a little empty on the shelfs.Other than that I really like biglots!

No social distancing in the store in Hinesville...the signs are up but Iguess its one of those check the block things...just in case... Smh ...no mask in the store but put it on to walk from the store to the car..wow

Constantly sold out of furniture that the savannah store has no problem keeping in stock.

We enjoy this store. They always have a great selection of seasonal items at great prices.

Frustrating, no prices on a lot of items and a clearance area where the items were supposed be marked with colored dots to determine % off, but couldnt find a single dot of any color and sales person looked as if she had no idea we were asking about.

Cheap and good stuff when needed. The new set up at checkout is kinda like everyone else now which is kind of not the greatest if you want to exit out of line during this quarantine.

Very clean Big Lots store! The cashiers are always very friendly! Love how much Big Lots has improved over the past couple years. The home decor, seasonal decor and other sections are so much more trendy! I love this store and will continue to shop there!

Good items for a good price, Id advise going if you dont have the extra cash for the items at the AAFES Exchange.

My husband and I went in just to kind of look around as we were furniture shopping. The sales person who answered my questions was amazing. She was very knowledgable and more than willing to answer any question I had as well as help us figure out what worked best for us. After dealing with someone so inviting we decided not to even look any further. Big lots had everything we were looking for. The sales person didnt get commission and still made us feel like we were important and that she wanted our business.

Lived here for a few years now and Every time ive come in i was greeted and helped by the staff. Great place! And nice staff.I wanted to shout out the woman who use working 12/24/19 at about 8 in morning, i came in for last minute shopping and was told all the cotton candy machines were sold. I continued to look around for any new ideas when the woman hollered out she found the last one! One of the best big lots ive been to. Thank you!

I found that this store was very enjoyable, nice prices on everything. It was clean and everything was organized. The staff were nice they were respectful. I bought new housing stuff and a nice quality couch for 400$. Its a really nice place to go if your moving. Basically this is my go to! And Ive only been here 1 month.

Good store. The up keep of the store is under the par, bathrooms need a lot of work done to them (really nasty). The store has good prices and most of the time easy to find what youre looking for. The manager is really nice and so is most of the employees.

Place looks empty and the staff not so inviting the prices are good on some things but ridiculous on other products.

I feel like in the last couple of months their prices have inflated.Also, the restrooms really could use some sprucing up... I was blown away by the toilet seat (dont they sell em there?) and its nastiness but also the door wouldnt lock.The reason I gave this store 3 stars is because every once in awhile you can find some really good deals here and the majority of employees are really polite and friendly, which truly makes a difference.

If the store manager can’t tell when I sale sign expires how does the customer. Bait and switch which is unethical And I will never purchase another item from that store. Too much competition in the marketplace and you just lost a customer that had money to spend

Such a great staff in helping their customers!! Lady at the front desk there was super nice and i paid right then and there really fast even though it was busy. I got a T.V stand there a few weeks ago and when we went out to my car it was gonna be a tight fit but the guy stayed out there with me until we figured out how i was gonna fit it in my car id say it took almost half an hour to find a place for it to go in! The guy even helped me strap my babys carseat back in after moving it haha! Definitely gonna come back.
