The staff are extremely professional at all times, friendly, informative and helpful. Safe, secure and clean facility. SROA is the best and only storage facility that I use. Even while deployed if any concerns or issues arise, the staff communicates and help the best way to assist your concerns.

I rented a 10x25 indoor and climate co trolled unit here during a promotion they had going on.. It was a great deal. The manager works hard to keep the place looking great. Both the building and storage unit lot/buildings always look squared away. Highly recommended.

The storage keep changing companies being bought out. I have asked the people at the office before Christmas to change the light bulbs outside of my unit, so that when I go there early in the morning to get something out of storage room it will be lit. Here it is almost the beginning of March, and they still havent fixed the lights and so I called today February 27th 2020 and they said that they just got a quote from the electrician, but they are steadily taking my $200 payments though. Owner responded and 3 month later still not fixed.

I have been in the moving and storage business for the last almost 20-years, and opened and own American Moving & Storage based in Savannah, GA. We have a 26,000 sf military approved warehouse and a 26,000 sf warehouse that we use for commercial business, but we frequently use self-storage facilities for various reasons.My team and I were extremely busy this week, and I ended up calling to check availability for a climate controlled unit at SROA. Jamia answered the phone and was so courteous, professional, competent that as we were hanging up the phone, I made the remark that she literally acted like she owned the facility...meaning ...perfectly courteous, perfectly professional, perfectly knowledgeable and perfectly executed every step.Owners of businesses do not always do things perfectly, or always know all of the answers, but owners of successful businesses are willing to do whatever it takes to do everything that Jamia did without effort.Great job Jamia! Hubby and I rented a 10x25 indoor and climate controlled unit during a promotion deal... Got a great price. The grounds and buildings are always kept very clean and tidy. The only con I have for this place is that you do not have access to your belongings 24/7. They have an electric gate with a keypad, however; you can only get into your unit during their hours.

They have the best rates in town. After driving around to 4 different storage units in the area I landed on this one and so far (2 months) it has been great. The manager, Mike, got us set up in a 10 x 15 climate controlled storage in no time. He was very helpful and gave us a great deal. The facility is well kept and they make a real effort to keep the inside bug/pest free. Cube smart also periodically offers an online deal so dont forget to take advantage of that as well.

Hello people, just want you to know that CubeSmart Storage is wonderful. It is an inside storage unit facility that preserves your goods from weather elements and is leak free. I feel comfortable entering alone and it is well lighted. Love my time here.

Ive lived in H-ville since 2002, deployed twice and any time I needed a storage facility I depended on a particular climate controlled location that I wont mention. I came across #CubeSmart by chance. My Brother was calling around for me b/c he saw that I was at whits end! It was Memorial Day weekend and no one else was open, but CubeSmart! They were a heaven send, and so was Mrs. Donna, shes so sweet and made sure that my transition has been a less stressful one. The facility is clean and bug free (which I truly appreciate), easily accessible and secure. All great qualities I like in a climate controlled facility.
