Not happy at all with my daughter cake and I didnt notice it until just now.It definitely doesnt look like the picture.So this will be the last time I order from there.

Stopped in after a day at the pool... told us it would be a few so we kept waiting for a few only to be told by a dunkin employee it would be an hour???? You cant scoop some ice cream into a cup? Okay thanks I guess. And a few is like mins not 60 mins in my book!!! Next time we will just pass by.

Pretty sure this baskin Robbins is the worst. Order online order comes wrong. Go to the store they don’t wanna tell you what they have and don’t take your order right then take forever to try and fix what they didn’t listen to to begin with. I placed a order for a double scoop in a cone the guy says can I just put your cone in the bag. I’ll never go back to this one.

Baskin Robbins used to be awesome when they actually carried 31 flavors. Now they rarely have basics on hand let alone my favorite Rocky Road that is never on hand anymore.

They cant get an order right. They forget about Cake orders. You come to pick it up and they havent even made it. They dont try to make amends for anything they get incorrect. They never have any donuts. It just cant get anything you want from there.

We love the new dairy free flavor Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. So so good!

I just spent $6.52 on a 3-scoop kiddie sundae. Scoops so small its ridiculous. Of all the years Ive been purchasing sundaes from them and never ran into this. What happened to the adult sized ones??? I kept asking myself why is this bag so light, feels like nothing is in it!?!? Lol oh well I do have a beautiful new ice cream maker....just wanted that BR experience.

Went to get ice cream at 10:30 pm. They are open until 12 am. But I guess dont serve ice cream past a certain time. If you are not going to serve ice cream at a basket robins why not close earlier whats the point!!

Friendly staff, clean location

They do not have BR vegan varieties. Worse, the person working the counter did not know what vegan ice cream was. Sad, even for the rather backward area where it is located.
