Let me start off by saying I have been with AT&T for over 12 years. I have 6 lines and my bill is just under$500 a month. Today I wanted to update my phone and tablet today. There were no customers in the store. I was told that I would have to come back in an hour because the only employee in the store was about to go to lunch. I am in retail sales myself and I put off my lunch to help customers. Not good for business as far as I’m concerned.

This store is nice and clean. The employees are full of personality and humor. We went to check out information for setting up a business account and Tina and Ya Ya helped us. They were phenomenal. We felt so welcomed and they made sure they answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Tina gave us every detail we would need to know for setting up.our business account. This is the second phone we have purchased from this store because of their excellent customer service. We need more stores like this in Hobbs.

I am a buisness owner here in Hobbs. I just left there and no salesperson would help set up a new phone. Because of Covid people are becoming lazy and using this for an excuse not to work. Since when does good customer service get you sick. I will never go back

Went in the buy a new android but was told by the kidI dont know anything about android Im an iPhone person, and left us to look it up our self online. He was no help what so ever and put very little effort into doing his job. Will never go to this store again.

The ladies that work here need a raise. They were very nice and patience with me and my family. I felt like royalty. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. I wasnt in the best of moods at first, however Krivon Ruiz made me smile and laugh. She went over and beyond for us. Thanks again Krivon. I wouldnt be a A&tt customer, if it wasnt for her.
