Excellent service. Fixed my glasses for free. Definitely the best service Ive had in a Walmart.

Did not get her name but I took some very damaged glasses in to see if I could get new frames for the lenses. She was not able to help me with that (no frames that would work with the lenses) but she very kindly took the glasses and fixed the ear piece and replaced the nose pads so that they would stay straight on my face until I could get an eye appointment to get contacts. Very helpful, nice and professional and i appreciate her help! 09/07/2020

I went in at right about closing, in desperate need of a frame because mine had broke. The young lady (Ashley C,) could have turned me away but stayed a bit passes closing to help me out. She was very respectful and considerate! Her customer service was exceptional and outstanding! I am thankful because she went out of her way! Great job! District manager needs to know about her excellent service. Good job Walmart.
