Good deals on clothes coats and women bags. I go regularly there for shopping. The quality is good. The toys section is well stocked too.

The prices are decent and its quieter at night which I like. I do feel however that good stuff is usually picked over by then. I do not mind though I never look for myself but more for my daughter.

Clean bathrooms. Things there that are for sale decent prices. Staff nice too.

Dan the manager was amazing. He helped us with a trolley to load and unload a heavy ottoman. He was very attentive, and the store was wonderfully organized. Highly recommend this location!

I found A line skirts that are always hard to find. Burlington had it and fie a phenomenal price. Hourware section is pretty good too.

Great place for shopping brand names with discounted prices. They have from ladies, men, children clothing, to toys, shoes, accessories, decors, etc. A must visit place . They also have baby furniture and accessories.

Mask mandatory for eveyone, come on if your vaccinated you should have a choice everything is back to normal they need to catch up with the cdc rules. Also long lines at checkout one lady at the register and had to call for backup at least 12 people in line! No good jeans looked for a pair for work and they all had ripped holes. Will not go back.

This location has the best selection of the most random things you never knew you needed! The deals are on point!

I have got a good pair of shoes, coats and winter accessory from Burlington. coat factoryParticularly this store, its okay ish decent wouldnt say very nice collection.Otherwise facility is really nice and clean, ample amount of parking and representatives are also helpful.Fast checkout despite of long line which I liked the most.

Dont have 5he best choices in clothes like they used to. Have to look REALLY hard to find something but prices are ok still for the most part

Burlington was okay, IMO. It is quite small and certain areas lack product. One section of the store was completely empty. Not a lot to choose from compared to similar store (Ross, Marshalls). It was also a bit messy. Staff I dealt with while there was friendly. Went there to find a coat and was successful but there definitely was not a lot to choose from. Prices are okay.

Had what I needed very poor organization

This Burlington is a hidden gem for me. I could had spent hours in here looking through their inventory.I been to lots of Burlington, but this one is my favorite.First of all, the staff is nice and because of that I felt comfortable shopping.They have a clean restroom. Like it has been kept up and all the toilets were working. The smell did not repulse me. I am one that hates public restroom. I never been to a rest room so clean.Lastly, they have a huge clearance section that hasnt been picked off.

I shop my winter jackets from there and get hold of great deals on big brands. I think it better place for clothing and shoe needs not for style needs as most of collection is outdated. Schaumburg Burlington is not good. its very small and collections are very low quality. I can give the rate 1. I am not suggesting people will go there and waste their time.

Impressed by how neat the store was for it to be the end of the day! I loved how the manager Rosemary was on the floor actually greeting customers and asking if assistance was needed. The cashier that assisted me was Krystal and she nice and professional as well! I will definitely be back to shop!

I was very unimpressed with this location. I often like burlington but this one just did not hold up. Most of the clothes sizes were XL or larger. Though it looks nice on the outside, I was not impressed with the cleanliness on the inside. There was stuff all over the floor

Someone is always following you in this store. Never feel like this at any of the the other Burlingtons.

I like this Burlington a lot. Its big and new so its very clean. They have a big selection for the most part. The only thing I wish they had more of is juniors clothes. The juniors selection is a bit smaller than other Burlingtons in the area. Other than that though its a good store and you can get a ton of great items for the entire family for very discounted prices.

I buy clothes here. Great selection, good clearance racks. Plenty of things to buy, worth popping your head into this store every other month.

I received a Burlington coupon for a free blanket with any purchase in the mail. I visited the store and made a purchase but was told that they had run out of the blankets and that I should come back in a couple of days. When I returned, I was again told that they had run out of the blankets. I was told a second time to come back the following week, which I did only to be told they were no longer going to be giving any more blankets out even though there was another week left on the coupon.Needless to say I was disappointed. I believe, however, that there​ was intent on the part of Burlington to deceive customers with the promise of a nonexistent blanket. I would be curious to see how many patrons actually received a free blanket and how many were turned away after making a purchase. I will never again spend money at Burlington!

1st visit. Ample parking, handicap accessible, public restrooms. Similar merchandising to other closeout retailers. Staff helpful. Store clean on a Saturday afternoon.

This location is always in disarray. The people on the floor literally seem like they are just there because they need warm bodies to fill the store. They dont answer questions, its always a mess & please tell me why theres always a cleaning crew going through the store with huge garbage cans & brooms DURING the day? Aside from the constant chaos that shows how poorly managed they are, the selection is decent & prices are enough to make me come back a few times. If I had another option so close to me Id surely go there instead.

Great store, lovely people, and very near and dear to our sweet home. My wife forgot her bag on the very first day, got home and called them. Kathryn, an assistant manager, picked up the call and promised to help us on the following day. When my wife went there on the next day, despite having all the chaos in the store, about forty people waiting in line for check out, she personally helped my wife instantly and made sure that my wife was out on her way without any hassle. We always purchased from Burlington, but we had to go far. But since this one got opened close to our place. We will visit this place very so often.Thank you, Kathryn.

For what selection they did have from it I did find something very reasonable and appealing I found a very nice pair of boots only spend $12 which was a great fine the only problem I have this that this burlington is mainly for women because they only had a few rows of men selection.
