This store is so is so great. Im always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile and the customer service is fantastic. i am a regular customer and they always help me find exactly what i need. would definitely recommend to a friend! two thumbs up!

The cashier never took my coupon off. I walked all the way back and she said, Oh the cashier must have not rung it up. I then talked to another cashier and she gave me the third riot as if I never had the coupon. I couldnt believe she was acting like I was lying and over a purchase that was less than 10 dollars. She even said, Well the cashier (the initial one I had just talked to) said I never gave her a coupon. I was just in five minutes before and that cashier even looked at the coupons. I was livid. When I told her I was going to write a complaint she suddenly was a little nicer. I said, Its not like Im going to lie about a stupid coupon. Nobody knows much about crafts there except the older guy who is always helpful. There customer service is bad about 70% of the time. Hardly anyone to help, they dont know much and they act like they are doing us a favor for shopping there. Michaels doesnt care about customer service thats for sure!

Management must be horrible at this place. Nobody scheduled anyone to work on the floor and help customers. I went into the hobby store looking for scrapbooking items I I dont normally use scrapbooking but I was doing a project for school and I needed a lot of help in the department. The only person in the store was the one cashier. Frames who helps me with what she could and Im exceptionally grateful for that. Management obviously needs to go back to school and learn how to make a schedule, because when you have someone helping on the floor guests are inclined to buy more.

Good layout for a Michaels. Staff is friendly and helpful

Store was a disaster, the yarn section was blocked off by carts of yarn and very poorly organized. Good thing this isnt the regular michaels i go to!!

Manager man is a douche to both workers and customers.
