Odell helped me a lot … he is truely v professional person... he took all the time to explain to me and my mother all about paint and select the right color for my project....I highly recommend working with him --- he is a true gem in the pot for Sherman Williams

Went to Sherwin Williams today for some paint cans. Had a great experience. Was greeted immediately and taken care of in a timely manner. Sierra went above and beyond by carrying my items to my car since I had my toddler with me. Very thankful for this superior service.

We were working with the SW store closest to us. We felt they were not willing to help us out of a color dilemma so I drove a little farther to the Golf Road location because I heard about Javier being EXCELLENT. He did not let us down!!! He custom matched our deck stain and went the extra mile to do this. So even though this is a month later I still need to say how happy we are thank you !!!!

Sherwin Williams located at the junction of Golf and Higgins roads in Schaumburg IL, definitely knowledgeable, friendly staff who are genuinely willing to assist and offer suggestions if requested. A very positive experience.

Horrible experience here. I just walked out of the store after spending about an hour heWITHOUT ANY GREETING, ASSISTANCE, or GOODBYE.The employees never bothered to check on my boyfriend and I, while we looked at paint samples.The employees talked amongst one another and were on their phones the ENTIRE TIME.My boyfriend just closed on a house last week and we’re very excited about starting to paint our first home together. We have so many questions on how to paint properly, best techniques, color schemes, everything, but unfortunately this location did not provide ANY SERVICE FOR ASSISTANCE.Such a disgrace to have employees that jerk off during work hours, while customers are struggling for help.

Some average and some good quality products. Things like accessories and supplies can be found cheaper elsewhere, but know what you are looking for!

It took literally 1 minute to get the solution we needed for our foyer at this store! Had spent hours over several days searching for a solution elsewhere and came up void. Will ALWAYS visit this store 1st and foremost foe all my painting needs!

Took on a painting project and Javier was really helpful in getting us started on the paints (incl. recommendations on colors to avoid), supplies and how-tos. Would highly recommend this place.

Poor customer service. When I opened the cans I discovered they had not been shaken. Had to beg for two paint stirrers. In contrast Home Depot is friendly, thanks you for doing business, gives you paint stirrers without having to ask for them, and has a better price/value.

Perfect paint match of color from another paint supplier. Other paint that I have bought there covers perfectly in one coat. Id never buy paint anywhere else.
