I worked with Lisa on a design for a wall unit and closet. She worked with me until the design was right and met my family’s needs. The process was awesome. The guys who came to install the closets were very efficient and professional. The closet materials are good and the pricing can’t be beat. The closets came out perfect. We had a good experience working with Sheree on cabinets for our basement so returned to Symmetry when we wanted to redo 2 closets in our master bedroom. This time we worked with Lisa and, again, have only good things to say about the entire process. Lisa was very thorough and listened to our needs and preferences. Within a short time she came up with designs that transformed these 2 spaces! On installation day Carlos and Raul arrived on time and did a neat and precise job installing our shelving and drawers. We will definitely call on Symmetry for future projects!

I had a closet system installed in master bedroom closets - one walk in and one straight closet. The system was designed by Michelle - she had a quick turnaround time with her design and was very responsive to a few suggestions/requests of mine. The drawings were very clear and easy to review. Nice job! The system was installed today by Raul - he was on time, very respectful of my home by laying down blankets and drop cloths on the floor and staircase. He worked efficiently and professionally and the closet system is GREAT - so much extra room and really maximizes the space. Thank you all at Symmetry for a great job!

Used Symmetry 4 years ago for my 1st home and was so happy with my experience so I of course used them again for my new home. Lisa Muscarella, our designer couldnt have been a better partner in designing, advising and executing our spaces. As a self described organizational nerd she leaned into my desire for everything to be put away right away, while consistently keeping me mindful of function and pausing to see how my family used the space. Lisa was available 24/7 to address changes, start new projects and give lots of advice.The installer team was an absolute pleasure- not only did they answer all my questions- but they were COVID cautious and very neat! I worked with Lisa at Symmetry Closets for my bedroom closet. The space is a little funky and required some creative thinking to optimize storage, and Lisas design did just that! We were super impressed. It came out looking great!

We moved during the pandemic and realized that while we had a lot more space overall, we lacked sufficient surface storage. We found Symmetry Closets via Google and Lisa visited promptly to spearhead the measurements on a number of projects we had in mind. She was extremely patient and flexible, and we quickly learned to trust her knowledge and expertise.We moved forward with five (5) separate projects- which amazingly did not include a closet- consisting of an entertainment center, dining room pantry, bookshelf, bar cabinet and home office. The work was completed over two and a half days by Carlos, Jarek and Gerardo. They were extremely professional, polite, considerate and respectful of the home.The end product was so impeccably measured and designed and painstakingly and consistently installed that opinions varied as to which was the best.We definitely recommend Symmetry Closets to anyone looking to enhance a space.

She was honest in how long the job would take (4 weeks for wood to come in and get cut) and realistic about getting me an installtion date. She followed through every step of the way and the only thing I had to do was clear out the rooms so they could come in and do their thing. In two days, their rooms were transformed. As I did not shop around really I am hoping that I got a good deal (they were recommended by another satisfied customer). Everyone was professional, prompt return telephone calls and ON TIME both for the initial review and layout of closet and for the installation.
