I have nothing but nice things to say about doing business at Zo-Air! I went in the other day to rent a chain hoist and the office girl was very knowledgeable regarding my questions and concerns. She was so helpful and made the whole rental process so much easier for me.

Several weeks ago, I stopped into zo-air for a repair on a jackhammer. The employee wrote me a ticket and told me Id receive a call in a day or 2 with an estimate. Well several weeks went by, nothing! So I stopped in today only to find my machine in the same place, not looked at. Im furious due to the fact Ive been without my jackhammer for several weeks, and now back to the drawing board at another repair shop. The employee told me sorry, were Ill equipped to repair things, and sometimes items sit for months, and then showed me a date on something thats been there over a year.He explained that they make him tell customers a few days, but he knows thats bull.I would never recommend buying anything or getting anything repaired here, unless you have a year or 2.
