I like these guys. If you dont know what youre doing, theyll help you find what you need. If you know what youre doing and want to do something different than original tire size, theyll help you with that too.I couldnt order larger tires online because it said they wouldnt fit my vehicle because they were larger than stock, but the in store guys could override that and get it to happen.I didnt think they would actually do it, but they even suggested that I could install larger tires before I even asked about it. Its nice when sales people know what theyre doing enough to go outside stock tire sizes.

I’ve been going her for years, I’ve had the best experiences in getting tires, replacing sensors. They are always helping me understand what I need and the best options if I pick something out online that might not quite be the best option.

Showed up without an appointment this morning as I had a tire with a leak (hit a screw) and needed help getting it repaired. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite the busy schedule they already had. Let me know it would be about an hour wait to get help. They actually were able to squeeze me in much earlier as another client no-showed. Didn’t charge me for the repair. 5/5 would recommend!

If you are a female in a nice car and a flat tire you may get pushed to buy a full new set of tires. I would recommend Foothill Tire Pros who, instead, repaired my wife’s flat for free in 20 minutes because “we’ve been good customers.”

I bought 4 tires here one year ago, they are extremely loud on one side, so loud I had thought my wheel bearing was going out and replaced it. Turns out it was my tires they gave me directional tires but did not mount them on right. I took my car in and showed the salesman the arrow on the side of the tire, he told me those are just manufacture marks and dont mean anything and said they are loud because they are just worn out. My current odometer shows Im 17 thousand miles into a 40 thousand mile tire, Im sure they are worn out because THEY WERE CLEARLY MOUNTED BACKWARDS!!!

Discount tire stand behind what they sell and have very good prices. Wyatt was the employee who helped us and really did a great job. Got us in and out after blowing out a sidewall while out of state. Impressed with all the discount tires between Colorado and Utah.

Got the insurance a couple months ago when I replaced my tires, pulled in today with a screw in one and they replaced the tire in 20 minutes. All I had to do was cover the cost of insuring the new tire. $30! Super nice and good people!

The staff seem friendly, greeted me quickly, and offered what seemed like honest assessments to the customers waiting with me. I brought my car in to pickup some new winter tires and have them swapped for my all seasons. Reason Im giving 3 stars is that I had an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes until anyone could see me. I specifically went to discount as I was hoping I could reduce my waiting time since, well, its an appointment and I scheduled it weeks in advance.I have a Big O Tires closer to me and honestly that is likely to be where I try my next service. Ive always used discount for all my cars but I need to see if they are faster, I dont particularly enjoy sitting in a lobby for more time than I need to.

Such a great experience with this location and Wyatt.A few days prior I went to a different location and had some tires replaced (they were great too). I didn’t love the style and a few days later spoke with Wyatt. He assured me they wanted to make it right and exchanged the tires at no additional cost (other than the new tires I selected). They had the new tires put on a week later and I am one happy customer. I am grateful for the care he had - making sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Tires really shouldnt cost as much as they do. I guess Im kind of a cheapskate at these things: its absolutely not a fun way to spend money. Ive been driving on snow tires since last November lol....changing them has been an overdue item on my to-do list for a bit now.I got these (regular) tires at Discount Tires a year or two ago. I have a 2018 Mercedes GLA. It has fancy tires - the kind that you can drive on for, like, 50+ miles after getting a puncture. When the ones that the car came with needed replacing, I called around - Costco, Big O, and Burt Brothers.Discount Tires offered the best deal - not by a significant amount, maybe like $80 total - and a great warranty, plus free rotation and puncture services.I made my appointment yesterday morning for today at 9:30. I got to Discount Tires around 9:20, handed over my keys, settled down to do some work (brought my laptop bc of their free wifi) and boom! Car was ready about 50 minutes later. The service to change from snow tires was $90.Theyre courteous, quick, and do a good job for a fair price.

These is a great Tire Service Center. We buy all our tires at Discount tires in Texas. But we needed our tire air pressure checked (which they do for free) and happen to be in Utah. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for more then just a flat fix

Worst customer service ever.....They stripped a lug bolt while putting on the tires, and gave me an IOU cert to have it fixed elsewhere. When I called in to use it they denied responsibility or ever giving my the IOU. When I proved I had the IOU, I was challenged again and was told I needed to have it done within 30 days (the fine print.) They told me to try the repair place anyway and maybe they would honor it. I called the repair place the IOU directed me to go to and they said it was always a hassle collecting from Discount and they would not honor the IOU. I called Discount again, and was told by the service agent to bring the vehicle in and he would try and convince the manager to honor it....That was it for me, like I say the worst service and follow through ever. Be forewarned - shoddy work and hassle not worth the discount in Discount Tire! -

I brought my 3 young kids with me to get the tires changed. The employees at this discount tire were kind and patient and made sure to get e tires on quickly. I didn’t feel talked down to or made to feel inferior when I wasn’t sure about the different choices, they allowed me time to decide with no pressure. I will give my service to this shop every time.

Ordered tires online and waited a week they never came on time so they gave me better tires for the same price I ordered online. Awesome people great customer service and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for tires but to discount tires.

I bought my tires from a discount and rims and one of the offers they give their customers which is great, is that they change them for free when you are changing out tires. I was told 4 hours and totally fine with that and because its a “free” service it looked like I was put on the backburner and after 7 hours my car was finished without looking at the details i mentioned about a faulty tire. If i was paying i bet it would have been done faster or even a call to the update of the vehicle after almost a full work day. Will be visiting other locations unfortunately.

I came out of work and had an almost flat tire. I googled the nearest Dicount Tire. This was it. I pulled up, and because of COVID-19 they are having you wait in your car for a rep to assist you. I didnt have time for that. My son was proposing and I was the one that was going to be capturing the moment on film. I patiently waited for the rep to finish with the person he was currently helping. He started to leave and I frantically waved my hand and quickly told him my situation...I just needed air in a tire!!! He told me to drive around to the front of the building and he would have someone meet me and fill it. I pulled up, it was filled quickly with a smile and I was off. Thank you for saving me that day!!! Great customer service!!!

Had an 11am appointment, they pulled my vehicle in at 11:40 finished up at 12:20 because then they also didnt read the notes for a 5 tire rotation, so they had to fix it.Lucky the rotations are free, or id write a worst review.I will not go back to this discount tire location

Great experience. Manager Cally is exceptional at customer interactions. Techs and staff always willing to troubleshoot and help customers no matter how complicated situations are. Prices are fair, and able to connect well with the online discount tires website order/delivery.

You can never go wrong by choosing Discount, but this location is my favorite in the valley. The team here is superb, and thank you Wyatt for being so friendly and knowledgeable.

I have gone here several times for a rotation and balance on my 4Runner. Every time they have been busy but we’re responsive and as quick as one could be. Super nice dudes. Will helped me out on the last one and helped patch a hole.

My wife took our Jeep in to get a leak patched in our front tire. The tires are only 3 years old with 30,000 miles. Most new tires are made to last twice that. Employee at the air check claimed the tires were too worn to repair, and we needed new tires immediately. They refused to patch it. The employee even tried to tell my wife the tire could explode. She immediately took the car to Big O Tires down the street and they told us that tires had plenty of tread left, and patched the tire in 10 minutes. I will absolutely never take our cars here ever again.

I worked with Ben and Dan throughout getting a sensor replaced. Not only was it cheaper than other places, customer service was amazing and they fit me in on a super busy day. I’ll always go to this location.

Store was clean and in good order. Tires were mounted balance in good time. But found a few issues after getting home and closer inspection. Ok tires are not a standard truck tire in fact well oversized. 37-13.50-20. On custom wheels. Well I found several nicks and scratches on the wheels. Mind you these are 500+ wheels each. Gray promptly said he wound order new wheel to replace damaged. This has been over 6 weeks ago. Gray if you read this as a manager you have failed your employees as a peer. I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years. This may have changed my attitude about this store.Poor Management

I set up an appointment to have my tires rotated, after waiting 25 min to speak with an discount tire associate i was told that they could not rotate my tires because my tread was un safe and tried to up sell me a new set of tires. I knew they lied and the tread was fine since i only had 20,000 miles on the tires that should last at least 50000 miles and i checked the tread using the penny Lincolns head test before going in. After arguing with manager he finally agreed to check my tires again and this time had to agree they were safe and would rotate them, what a hassle i now believe the free rotation is a scam to upsell un suspecting customers. After 25 years i will take my business elsewhere. While i waited several other customers came in for free rotation and were told their tires unsafe, hmmmm.

I love discount tires. Ive gotten all my tires here. The staff is very helpful. They will have you in and out the same day. One visit for new tires was about half an hour, at a busier time it was about three hours. They have lots of benefits for getting tires here. They helped me identify a screw in my tire I hadnt seen, then helped me get tires that werent completely bald. Even if you dont buy your tires here, they are very helpful. Great customer service!

I walked in to have my tires replaced and Eduardo helped me pick which tires would be best. After I paid he told me the wait would be an hour and a half and it ended up being 30 minutes! The service was amazing, and obviously it was quick, would highly recommend!

The only place I go for all my tires needs. They have exceptional service and explain your options very well. I recommend using them for the occassional flat tire or for new tire purchases.

Ive been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for years for their good service and reasonable prices. My only issue is that with the known busy time at the start of every winter, how hard would it be to expand business hours for a couple of weeks? Another minor issue (but quite annoying) is that the employees are so busy helping customers that they are unable to answer the phone, which rings incessantly. Either silence the phone or have a call center or a seasonal employee deal with the phone!Overall though Discount Tire is great.

Short: Staffs are great and would recommend to anyone.Long: I had new wheels that needed new tires, order tires outside of OEM spec, move TPMS from old wheels to new wheels, make sure to take off hub centric rings out of old wheels. Did all that without any hiccups. They’ve taken care both new & old wheels nicely and didn’t make any scratches (had that issue at different stores).If I could give them a tip or buy them a drinks, I would def done it.

I’ve been to this location over four times for different cars and the staff has always been super helpful. One time it was determined that there was a crack in my rim and they referred me to a great shop that was able to weld the rim at a reasonable expense. Best place to purchase tires and wheels. Excellent service by Ben. I purchased special size Michelin tires from Boise store and had an issue while traveling. Ben brought in two new tires and had me back on the road next day. Be aware this location is always extremely busy because they are the best! Better to make an appointment rather than drop in and wait.

Got tires for a good deal here. If you use the Holladay location its not as busy as the others in the valley. You usually dont have to wait as long. Theres not much parking but you can also park on the street in front of the building. If you buy tires here on a major holiday weekend you can get a good rebate on tires and an extra rebate for using the Discount Tire credit card. My extra rebate has been $60 the last two times I bought tires there. They are always helpful and friendly too. If you are quoted a cheaper price somewhere else, that they can verify, theyll beat the price. I love the free tire rotations and balance for life too and free flat repair if you ever need that. I once had to use the free flat repair when I was on vacation in Arizona. I was driving a rental vehicle, but they were still great to remove the spare I had put on and put the regular tire back on in its place. If you go into a location in another state they can still look up your account on their computers too to get warranty help or something else.

Usually pretty quick on the turn around. Definitely bring something to do if youre planning on waiting in the waiting room.

The guys at this Discount Tire really seem like they know what theyre doing. I was really happy with my experience here. I saw a couple times the workers explaining to customers why they couldnt just patch a hole in the puncture, or why they needed a whole new set of tires, and they seemed to act cool and calm in the face of irate patrons. Sorry people, sometimes you have to spend money to make sure youre car/truck is safe as you barrel down the highway at 80 miles an hour with your family in the back seat. Dont skimp on the important things, like tires!

I’ve been taking my cars here for years and I never had a bad experience until about 2 years ago. I took my Nissan there to get 4 new tires. At first everything seemed to go well until I woke up the next morning to see that one of my tires was flat. I had to be to school but I was stuck at discount waiting for them to figure out what went wrong. They repaired the tire and again, everything seemed to be fine. Later that day when I left school I looked to see if it lost any air. It was low on air but not flat so I was able to drive it back to discount. They repaired it again and I didn’t have any other problems. Yesterday we took the same car to get 4 new tires. A couple hours after we left the tire lost all of its air and was completely flat. We took it back in today and got it repaired. It took them 2 hours to repair it and when we went back to pick it up I wanted to voice my concern. The guy I was talking to explained to me that the valve stem wasn’t tightened. Every single time it has been human error and I understand that it happens but as I was telling him my problem he started talking down. I asked him what would happen if the tire is flat again tonight. He told me that he would fix it as many times as he needed to make it right. He told me that he wasn’t going to fix the tire if I went home and vandalized it. Which is totally understandable but the fact that he would assume that really shows poor customer service. I voiced to him that we have spent hours and hours waiting for them to be done and he said “what do you want me to pay you for us repairing your tire for free?” The tires weren’t free. We spent $400 yesterday. They need to train there employees more thoroughly and maybe pay them more that $9.00 an hour for heavy labor. The manager that was helping me was extremely rude to me and my mother

I brought in my 02 Subaru outback and I love my car so I talked to Landon while he was rotating my Michelin defenders after my 6k mark and I wanted to mainly see my brakes and see how they were looking and its also nice to see who works on your precious cars.
