They need to improve their communication with customers and setting expectations for delivery of services.Repeatedly they have lead me to believe that my furniture would be delivered and then when the day arrives they tell me that it is really being delivered 2 weeks later.Be very aware that the service process is much different than the sales process.

I’ve worked on numerous office build outs during my career and during my last project I contracted with OFS to furnish our new office building. Best experience I’ve had with an office furniture vendor hands down! The design team listened to our ideas and feedback, and if we didn’t know what we were looking for, they would find the perfect piece. Jonas is one of the best humans and business colleagues I’ve ever worked with. He’s fun, kind and thorough. Of course there were a couple of extremely minor issues but he and the OFS resolved them immediately and made things even better if there ever was an issue. The install team worked nights and weekends when necessary to cause the least interruption to our work flow. All and all, I have rave reviews for OFS and will be a customer for life!

I was so impressed with the experience and know-how with this group. I have been to so many other groups in town that really dont know what theyre doing and simply sell you stuff from a catalog. OFS interiors had recent jobs completed I could look at and had working samples and demos for me. On top of all that, the price was right. They worked with me to plan my space, provided CAD drawings of my setup ahead of time. I could go on and on. Im really impressed with this firm.

Jonas was amazing to work with in designing my new space. He came out to review exactly what we were looking to accomplish prior to sending over proposed desk ideas. What we ended up with is perfect for the space and looks great! Lossie and his crew kept me updated with order arrival and install times and the installers worked quickly and quietly while building it. JB ensured I was completely satisfied with the appearance and location before cleaning it off. His attention to detail was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience dealing with OFS Interiors. If the need arises, we will definitely use them again.

Jonas Persch and his staff assisted us with a 7,000 sf office design and furnishing project. They made this the most pleasurable, efficient, and attractive experience imaginable. Our landlords and others tour our offices with their clients on approximately a monthly basis to show off the space and furnishings.
