Usually I didnt comment when I buy online unless is something very good or very bad. In this case is very good my experience. I received my product in time and a good price. Rain6 is the most knowledgeable and professional gun training center and store that Ive ever found. James has years of real-world military and security experience, and his training classes reflect that. Ive taken four classes from Rain6, and my shooting and knowledge of guns have improved tremendously. When I decided to buy two new pistols, I asked James for his recommendation; and he found the perfect match for my skill level. I highly recommend Rain6 for anyone from a beginner to an advanced shooting level. You might even get a chance to meet James dog, Bear - the store mascot.

Drove by the store, called the owner and scheduled an assessment. James was very patient and very fluid as a teacher. When he realizes one explanation is not making sense, he will switch to a different way of explaining the topic. Being able to adapt to different kinds of learners is essential for any good instructor. James does a very good job of understanding what the student wants and explaining what steps need to be taken to reach that goal. I cant wait to take my first class. From my point of view, I would definitely recommend Rain6 to anyone interested in owning a firearm.

Had my first Intro to Pistol training class today! It was amazing! I was very apprehensive but was put at ease very quickly...I learned much more than anticipated!! I received state of the art one on one training that gave me the confidence that I needed to handle my gun with complete safety. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Rain6. They are extremely trained and skilled. I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants it done right...

March 27.2015 Training SessionMy intent when I met James and asked him about training was to get some one-on-one coaching to identify any bad habits and correct them.We went through a verbal and practical skill and knowledge evaluation in a classroom setting. Then to the range.His knowledge and teaching skills had me shooting farther, faster and tighter than I thought this old guy could ever do.Take his courses, listen, try what he suggests. You will be more skilled when you are finished.

I am in the process of purchasing a firearm for my wife from Rain6. James and Josh have gone up and beyond to assure she gets the firearm that work best her, not whats best for them, and going to make them the most money. If you are looking for a firearm, but are uncertain what will work best for you, give Rain6 a call. They will help you find the best option for you, and even have training classes based on your needs (which I will be doing in the near future). Fantastic company!

My wife and I took the Rain6 Concealed Carry Course with James, and we truly enjoyed the learning and experience. James covered a wide array of gun usage and safety topics, and even though we had been to several gun courses in the past, we still came away with some new and very useful information. He is very detailed in what he teaches you. He makes sure you understand what he teaches you. I am an instructor as well, and I learned a tremendous amount and how to refine my basics. I just completed a one on one course with Jimi. This is hands down the best training you can get. The class is tailored to what students want. The instructor paid total attention to how I was shooting and was able to point out mistakes even small ones. The explanations were spot on and very insightful. I am not just leaving a good review I am taking the AR class and will be signing my wife up for the basic pistol class. I am a gadget guy and was thinking for the cost of the class plus the ammo I could get some cool accessories. For the money nothing will improve your shooting like this class. Truefully in the long run it will pay for itself because I wont be wasting ammo when I train!

Not your typical gun store, its so much more. They are definitely a lot more than what I was expecting. Walking in into the store, I would best describe it as a boutique for all firearm related things. They had guns hung on the wall which made for an interesting presentation and it wasnt just a tactical shop for guys they had a section geared for women, like purses that conceal the gun and more than one holster for women! yay!Few weeks later on the news, after an unfortunate accident where a kid handling a gun unintentionally shot someone, Rain6 was mentioned on the news for running free classes called Kilo Company teaching children gun safety. I love these guys for giving directly back to the community. Theyre patient and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend them!

When I got into shooting a few years ago I started reloading so I could afford to practice more. I never wanted to fork out the money for a training course, so I turned to Youtube University. I slowly progressed, but never could get accurate and quick follow up shots. I realized I was wasting my money just shooting and hoping to improve so I talked to James and he recommended one of their courses that would help. He was able to help me quickly fix the mistakes I had been making and my shooting made a huge leap forward. I am so excited to finally make some headway, but I am really disappointed I wasted so much time and money on my own. I should have come to Rain6 right when I started shooting (if they have been in business then).I would recommend Rain6 to anyone! The training is fantastic and they are really down to earth when helping people with anything from training to picking firearms.

I purchased from Rain6 as an out of state customer. There were a few hiccups beyond Rain6s control, but James quickly answered my email questions and took care of me like I was his only and most important customer. Theyre professional dealer that you should seriously consider. Great service all around.

8/20/15 UPDATEDI have attended two training courses with James and Rain6 since my initial review (below). At first I thought I might be a little over qualified to attend a pistol 1 course but knew that James would make certain I left a better shooter. After completing pistol 1 I was so impressed with all I learned that I registered for the pistol 2 course before leaving that day!Today I completed the pistol 2 course and can hardly believe how much my shooting and confidence have improved! The course was both challenging and fun! It was the most fun I have ever had with a gun!James is a great instructor, I look forward to taking additional courses from him and Rain6!!!My experience with James and RAIN6 was remarkable!In a valley full of so many apathetic gun salesman (not that they all are), my gun purchase experience was both surprising and refreshing!James took extra time with me, he gave me a few pointers that led to significant improvements to both my speed and accuracy!I will be back for accessories and training and I whole heartedly recommend RAIN6 to everyone!!

This review is for the CFP course. James is a knowledgeable and great instructor, he knows how to present the material very well. I enjoyed every minute in that classroom, learning about firearm safety, rules, laws, and such. Not one moment did I ever feel bored or wanting to leave, just the way James presented made it very fun, wish all my college courses were like this haha.As for future me, I will definitely plan on taking additional lessons from Rain6. I like their philosophy on firearms safety and handling, and just the overall atmosphere there is great. IIf you are in need of a CFP, I HIGHLY recommend you take it through Rain6, you will get your moneys worth, I guarantee it.
