Im reinvigorating a bullfrog spa that came with our house. I went in for a simple part and decided to get some start up chemicals as well. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and didnt try to push anything unnecessary on me. Overall great customer service.

Very helpful. Answered all my questions. Gave great demonstrations and the best part is the sales rep was straight forward with pricing. No jerking me around. So refreshing.

Went in to get some chemicals for the spa. Lady at the front wasn’t very welcoming. Didn’t ask us if we needed any help until we were already finished shopping! Very disappointing compared to all of the other customer service experiences we have had with the company from the salesmen to the delivery and install people. In-store experience was underwhelming. Will be going to a different location next time.

I was a loyal customer and own a Bullfrog hot tub. I have left THREE detailed voicemails requesting a repair for this company in May and nobody has returned my call. Unacceptable customer service and I will not do business w/ them going forward!

Just received my M8. Very disappointing for $20K. The lounge chairs are almost completely useless, lights on the outside won’t turn off and the waterfall feature doesn’t work properly. Lastly I left a review on their website and they removed it!
