I got my minivan drizzled for the first time with them and it definitely won’t be the last! With three kids and a nervous, carsick puppy, along with sand from beach chairs and pails, and dirt from sports games, my handheld vacuum was not cutting it. I was so impressed when I picked the amazingly clean car up and my kids legit thought it was a new car. I told them it was the same car and they still thought it wasn’t true.It was so worth it, I brought in our other car as well.They also helped me when I had a horrible smell in my vents. They were kind enough to squeeze me in before our weeklong Cape Cod trip this summer and found a dead mouse who had made a nest in our vents. Since we did not use that car much during the pandemic it thought it was a great home. I am thankful for them to squeeze us in like that and save us what would’ve been a very gross trip.Authentic Autobody is so professional and the employees are so friendly and courteous. I love everything about them.

My fairly new vehicle was heavily damaged in a rear-end collision. I had read the reviews of Authentic and was convinced that they would be the place to take my car.While it took longer than I hoped (they were moving their shop during my repair) the car was picked up by a flat bed at my house and several weeks later was dropped off, completely detailed and absolutely beautiful - like new!Throughout the process I was in communication with their staff, and they were responsive, friendly and helpful.They repaired the car to 100% Kia specs and it’s really beautiful. Not a mark to be found and the paint and fit and trim is perfect. I give their team high marks for everything.

The team at Authentic Auto Body is almost too good to believe. The level of customer service is almost unheard of in this industry and barely exists at all anymore. Steve and his crew were amazing!! I brought my car in after an accident and didn’t worry about a thing as soon as I handed over the key. They handled it all... towing, a rental delivered to my house, insurance dealings, parts, painting and even an interior detailing. I arrived to pick up my car and they had all the paperwork ready, my car ready and running and even my car seat heaters turned on! Excellent service and a bunch of just great guys. Very excellent customer service! They go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your service and make sure that you leave happy no matter what. I came here after I failed my state inspection because they took care of my sisters car so well. They detailed it, buffed it, waxed it, made it look like it just came off the dealership lot. Their manager was very quick to make take care of my car and send me on my way in way under an hour. Very lucky to have found this gem in the heart of Holliston.

Steve (the owner) and his team are absolutely amazing! I dropped my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee off to get two large rust spots (on the fender and back door) repaired, and I couldnt be happier with the results! My car looks brand new, and you couldnt even tell that the rust had ever been there to begin with. Steve made sure that I was in the loop, so I knew exactly when my car would be ready to be picked up. He was extremely understanding and made sure that I understood what he was going to do to get rid of the rust. I left the shop with a price estimate on how much the job was going to cost, which was great as many other places wouldnt even give me an estimate.My car looked flawless when I picked it up. The inside and outside were spotless, and I couldnt even believe how perfect it looked. Authentic Auto Body was recommended to me by my insurance company after I got into an accident. I called and spoke with Mark, who from the start was incredibly helpful and thorough. He guided me step-by-step through the process of towing my car and making all the repairs. Over the course of the month that he had my car, he made weekly calls to me, checking in and keeping me informed about what was happening and what I could expect. He really made a very overwhelming and emotional process stress free. My experience with Authentic was, by far, the most professional, helpful, and quality experiences with any body shop (or honestly any service provider) I have had. Every interaction, starting with the first phone call, was friendly and professional, and I was provided everything I needed to ensure I fully understood the process that would happen with my car. It was explained that my car would only be fixed with factory original parts and fixed to original manufacturer standards. Mark and Steve went above and beyond to ensure I received everything that was entitled to me from my insurance carrier (my car was deemed a total loss). Without them, I would have let the insurance company try and dictate clearly sub-par and non-comprehensive repair plan which would risk future problems with the car. Authentic did FAR more comprehensive assessment of the car including only factory parts and procedures and found that the cost to fix it CORRECTLY did not make financial sense for the insurance company. They even helped guide me in my conversations with the insurance company regarding the cars valuation and payout. They now have our second vehicle for a more basic repair, and will have all of our business going forward. Its nice to find a local business that is this focused on customer service.

This was probably one of my best experiences with a business in at least 20 years. No one likes having to go to a body shop and for me it was no different i even lived a good distance away from this one and typically would of gone to a local shop as I have done in the past. Well I am so glad I did not. Everyone from the owner Steve to the Manager Marc and the entire staff were so unbelievably professional and kept me informed the entire way through the process. They helped me with everything with my insurance and loaner car this place puts other body shops to shame and truthfully I have not received this type of great customer service from any type of business in a very long time. I strongly recommend this business even if it is a little drive for you it is well worth it and you will be glad you did. I am not looking to get in another accident but if I do there is only one place I will go. I was also thrilled with the full detail on my truck that they did and now that I know they offer that service on a regular basis I will be going back for that regularly for all of our vehicles. I cannot say enough good about my experience. Mark was so helpful during such a difficult time. From the initial call about my vehicle, to it being declared a total loss, he went above and beyond. He answered after hour phone calls, helped me communicate with insurance, and told me what to expect every step of the way. I highly recommended this place!!
