We worked with AJ and he was terrific! The price was better than we paid 20 years ago, if you can believe that! And the quartzite is absolutely gorgeous. The installers were so polite and did a fabulous job. I can’t believe the whole process too less than 30 days from inquiry to install. So very happy. The picture doesn’t do my kitchen justice, as the faucets aren’t in but I had to share the beautiful stone!

Dont even think twice about hiring any other company. We just completed my fifth project with Express Marble & Granite. They have worked on homes that I have flipped in the past as well as my own homes. We have used them for budget granite, soapstone and high end granite and have always been 100% satisfied.They just completed an installation on our new home in Londonderry, VT (they came all the way up here for us because we have worked with them so many times). We wanted to with a granite from Vermont so they special ordered us a giant slab of Bethel White, honed and it came out incredible. They even put beautiful 1/2 beveled edges on for us and made sure it all lined up perfectly for our new farmers sink.They are not only the nicest and most professional people you could ask to work with, but AJ keeps in constant communication and they get the job done fast, and correct. From template to installation the whole job took one week (not including the special order time for my slab). They are the best!

There are so many other places you can go with, and I’d recommend you do! I will say, the only part of our experience that was ok was with the project manager, AJ. He did seem sincerely apologetic for the experience we had and was quick and easy to work with. Other than AJ, what a NIGHTMARE! They measured our counters wrong and tried to pull the wool over our eyes so we wouldn’t know. Well, obviously we knew because they installed a slab of quartz that was pieced together. When We said this was not ok and they needed to come fix this they did but not until trying to say our backsplash would cover the pieced together part. They left us without counters for 2 days so they could redo the slab. But they didn’t stop there, when they removed the counters we discovered HUGE holes they cut into our walls to make them fit the first time. Flash forward, the new counters are installed but the holes in our walls remain, the seams are not as blended as they were the first time and the management team is terrible. When the manager finally called me after I asked 5 times, he said, “you live and you learn”. His apology was insincere and he kept saying that he wasn’t sure what we wanted them to do. In conclusion they did give us some money off of the final invoice after we suggested it. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. Truly. Photos for reference.

This was my first experience having counters replaced and we decided to go with quartz. Our painter had a great experience with Express Marble and Granite and recommended AJ by name. My wife and I worked with AJ and he was very patient and consultative in his approach. He took us into the yard to show us all of the options and was able to provide quotes on 4-5 different options. He also let us pick the slab and layout of what portion of the slab would be allocated to which part of the countertop. The counters were installed yesterday and look spectacular. The installers had incredible attention to detail. Due to the length of the countertop, there needed to be a seam, which was positioned at the sink. The previous granite had a very pronounced seam and while it never bothered me much, I was amazed at how the new quartz counter was installed such a manner as to make the seam invisible. Also, I should mention that the price was very reasonable. So much so that it did not even occur to me to shop around. I look forward to doing business with Express Marble and Granite again in the future.

We updated our living room look by painting our original brick fireplace and needed a stone remnant to complete the hearth. Contacted several local granite/stone suppliers and went with Express Marble & Granite and am very glad we did. From my first contact with AJ, he treated this with the importance I would expect to a much bigger (more lucrative ) project.Sent several pics of samples of different stones, and spent time with me to pick out a great piece. All the staff, from the templater to the installer were great. And, last but not least, the prices were almost half of the other quotes I got. Express Marble & Granite, Inc recently installed quartz counters in my kitchen and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon entering the showroom I had a product I wanted and a price I wanted to spend. Jim was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. They were flexible with scheduling when it came to working around my unique schedule and the install went smoothly as well. Highly recommend!!! Installed Cambrias Ironsbridge and MSIs Laza in a two family place - both came out super nice! Very happy. I worked with Adriano on everything from the quote to reviewing the seams to having him come in during the install. His team was good too - polite, work very cleanly and i did not have any problems with them bringing in the slabs which were pretty large in size. Good clean cuts - had a corner cooktop which came out great. Highly recommend. In general, Adriano was a pleasure to deal with and is someone who is focused on the right things during the brief conversations we had. This is the team- trust me I contacted pretty much every team in the radius of 30-40 miles and most can get dismissed early on without even getting to the price. I selected EF Granite out of the last 2-3 which issued a reasonable proposal. Adriano was transparent about the cost of the slabs, which I already knew having spent a ton of time looking into it, so earned my trust. The quality of the install was great and at a great price!

Thank goodness for Express Marble & Granite !!! I needed to update the counters/sinks/faucets in my large kitchen and two upstairs bathrooms. So, my project included not just granite work, but also a lot of plumbing work!!! Other companies I called did only granite work and nothing else. I needed a company that would remove/dispose of the old counters, sinks and then install beautiful new granite counters & sinks. They have a plumber who does all of the disconnect/connect faucets, garbage disposal and gas cook top work. Express Marble & Granite was able to provide me with all of these services, so I would not have to become a project manager and hire additional tradesmen. All of the work was done in one day with the highest level of customer service. Their work is awesome and at at very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them for your next project !

What an awesome experience I had with Express Marble & Granite. I have been renovating a home that I intend on flipping and needed granite counters in the kitchen. Express came out and showed me a few samples, I picked what I wanted while they did the template and I had the granite installed 3 business days later. Unbelievable! The granite looks awesome, they offered me a free beveled edge which other companies charge for, the the price was great. They even took my hammered copper sink with them so that they could make sure it fit for me during installation. This is the kind of company that I like doing business with and I will be doing a lot more with them in the future.

I picked the marble online from a picture (didnt have time to visit the warehouse), and I am blown away by how stunning it looks in person, even better than in the photo! What an excellent experience! I got five different estimates to remove Formica countertops and replace with granite. Express Marble & Granite provided the most reasonable estimate and stuck to it. Laryssa was great to work with, very responsive and professional. She provided pictures of the granite options and was at the showroom on a Saturday morning so we could see the slab in person. The two men who completed the job came at the expected time and worked very hard to make sure we were happy. Our slide-in stove was a little taller than the counter and they removed the feet for us so it would be flush with the granite. The job was completed in a little under three hours. Overall, I could not set any clear communication with Adriano and the installers as there was a huge language barrier. I would NOT trust the Express workmanship!!
