I have been coming this Publix store for the last year or so, this supermarket is amazing, super clean, with the best helpful employees always ready to help you in all your needs. You can find everything here to cook, vitamins, and others good stuff. I always love ❤ to come to Publix one of the best services and quality that you can have. They are extremely organized with everything and every single employee make an A+ here. Thanks for everything

Terrible customer service, I don’t blame them. they’re heavily understaffed and have their associates working 10-12 hours almost every day. I waited nearly almost an hour for a sub, staff looked very tired… do better.

Its nice and clean and the employees are friendly. I think the store should offer a bit more variety with fruits, produce, gluten free products, etcetera, like the other Publix grocery stores that are in the area.

Its my neighborhood store. The only thing I dont like is how much food they waste on a daily basis. Its very sad especially in a world with so many starving people. I dont understand how they are not connected to churches, homeless shelters, etc to give back. The produce so much sushi and hot deli food that the dumpster at night is full of delicious food that couldve been given to those in need. I should wait out back for the guy thats throwing out the food. I would never have to go in the store

Another example of a uniform Publix. Anywhere I go. Staff is great, store is clean and sanitized.

I came to get my COVID-19 vaccine but left my mask. The awesome employee loading carts got me one!! I was so relieved- thank you!!Besides that random act of kindness, the food here is amazing. I am a foster parent and when we get youth from other cultures we always find something for them here. Plus, my young kids love riding in the car cart.Publix is awesome!

Actually its a very nice store, location and store itself. Well organized, clean and friendly staff.

Staff is very helpful. I asked where I could find fresh chip dips and the worker walked my to the deli area and pointed out her favorites! I bought both of her favorites 🙂

Management is doing a great job in filling this store with great/welcoming employees. Everyone is always so nice. Prices are always great and awesome deals on chicken both raw/cooked. I wish the deli could be a bit faster other than that I choose Publix over Walmart because of this store.

Very clean, friendly employees. No complaints about the inside.. However.,,, the parking is horrible. People parks in the fire emergency leaving their car blocking the flow of cars and is a headache. I hate going to that Publix for that reason.

Best food store in the whole area! This place has just about everything. Parking is safe. They have lights and roving armed security. The store is layed out in a logical way. Lots of organic foods. Huge selection. Fast check out and friendly staff. I recommend this place!👍

Jevon (in the deli) was great! Super friendly and efficient. Ordered 6 TOTALLY DIFFERENT subs and he was making them at the same time without any delay or mistakes. He also wasnt cutting corners just because we had a large order; he went up and over what i expected.

It has the same promotions that we are all used to a Publix.It happen that I also needed to use the restroom and it was very clean.Customer service had 3 people working there which I found excellent and the manager had a smile on his face.

Love this publix, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Staff is always conversational and have great attitudes. I keep coming back because i feel happy and comfortable shooing here. Zachary from the grocery department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out a good honeydew and bananas. One of the baggers walked me out to my car and helped me load everything, i didnt catch his name but he was an older gentleman. Great customer service!!!

Its a Publix so...nice. I hit at a bad time. Parking lot was pretty much packed full up. The store and staff were fine.

If I could rate zero stars I would. This store’s customer service is comparable to Presidente. I live two and a half miles from this Publix location, and in the time it took my husband to drive home and realize that the person assisting bagging the groceries did not place a rotisserie chicken in the cart, the item was sold to another customer. My husband called immediately, given that it was meant to be dinner, told to go back for it, only to be told upon arrival that it was the the last one and to take a refund on a Publix gift card. Aside from the glaring issue of selling an item that was sold ten minutes prior and not having the courtesy to hold the bagged item for at least 10 minutes so that it can be reclaimed, instructing a customer to drive back to get an item that was no longer available is disrespectful. I’d get over it, but this is far from the first sour experience I’ve had at this Publix. Products and produce are the same quality as other locations, but lower your expectations if you shop here.

I dont know what is going on with the store or if we should lower our expectations. Today with my daughter and a young couple just walks in with their dog -NOT A SERVICE DOG. Where was the General Manager of the store? Are we just now allowed to walk with our pets while shopping for food? how do i know this dog doesnt have a tick or flea. So what happens if the dog decides to do their business on the floor, is that something we have to live with too. The couple just decided to come take a walk with the dog inside. They walked around the vegetables and fruits. i wonder now what is acceptable at the publix. Even the employees were astonished. Again where was the GM?

Everything was well organized and I like to use self check out but I couldnt find an item, almost immediately an assistant was next to me and helped me find the item on the list (tomatoes, vegetables and fruits dont have barcodes)The entire store was so clean I felt like I entered a research lab. Highly recommend.

I requested some ham, cheese and a whole sub online. After completing my order, it stated that it would be ready within 30 minutes. When I arrived, the ham and cheese were ready, but the sub was not. I asked the deli clerk about the sub but noone working knew anything about it. Finally, one of the clerks started making the sub.... 20 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready. Unfortunately, the clerk that started the sub left it in the toaster and someone else took it out 5 minutes later. Needless to say, the bread was burned. Finally, I informed the assistant manager that I was still waiting for my sub and she had someone make the sub right away. In total, I had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. Very disappointing!!
