Terrible experience, very rude staff. I called twice about a ferrari 488 rerady to purchase, i was told i would get a call back in 15 minutes, never happened. I called back 3 hours later and they said, we will get back to you when we free up. Are you kidding me? Maybe this dealership is too proud to do business. I will be reporting their lack of service to ferrari corporate which is fiat chrysler now anyway.
