The only place I go for balloon supplies. Selection is massive. This is a supplier, so you cannot buy mylar individually. You will need to purchase at least 3 or more Mylar/ foils. If you submit a GE licence, you do get a discount on purchases. If you see balloons in any local store in Hawaii, it is 90% chance it came from this supplier. They also have a counter with business cards of local vendors, if you ever need entertainment for your next party!

I called them and at first the guy was nice. Later into the conversation, however, the guy started making me fell like an idiot and asking me questions/laughing because I didnt understand what he was talking about. It really hurt my feelings and they need to work on customer service. I am choosing not to do business with them. Id rather have balloons shipped from mainland then talk to them again. They lost a valuable customer that would spend hundreds of dollars a month on balloons just because of one phone call.

Always out of whatever I need. I find it easier to have most of my supplies shipped from the mainland.

Rude, avoid if you can. They wouldnt even let me ask a full question. I was consistently interupted.Do some customer service training!
