If you have to deal with this company, good luck. You need to call ahead to make an appointment. They take a long time to mail the ownership paperwork to you. You need to call them multiple times to make sure they send the paperwork you need once you receive your vehicle. Received my vehicle with damage to the back bumper. Very poor experience.

If its your first time here, its always best to check in with the security officer at the guard station which is located immediately in front of you if youre driving or walking through the entrance. Their circumstances regarding parking availability can change from a day to day basis. They do have private auctions of vehicles here on Wednesdays and you have to be a licensed car dealer to participate in the auction. That said, you cant just walk through their lot without an Auction Access card.If youre here in regards to PASHA or Hawaii Car Transport, yes, it is here. However, sometimes these businesses give out the wrong information about their hours of operation. Whether youre here to pick up or drop off a vehicle for shipment, here are the ACTUAL times they are open:Sunday/Saturday: closedMonday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9am-3pmWednesday: 2pm-3pm (due to the auction in the morning)Friday: 9pm-2pmHolidays: closed most federal holidaysNOTE: They are closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm daily. Also, if youre shipping a vehicle with them, be sure to arrive with only a quarter tank of gas in your vehicle. They are not permitted to allow vehicles with over a quarter tank of gas on the boat theyll be shipped on due to weight restrictions. But, dont arrive with an empty tank either. They need fuel to be able to drive the car to the pier and back off the boat when it reaches its destination. Just try to keep it as close as you can to a quarter tank... also, if you have a hybrid vehicle or a small gas tank, dont think youll be let off easy with this. They are not permitted to differentiate and must abide to a simple and global standard. If youre here to pick up a repossessed vehicle or grab belongings from your repossessed vehicle, you must have an appointment to do so, no matter what your bank says. Sometimes theyll say that you can just go down there, but, nope! This is wrong. Call Manheim and make an appointment.

Like some people, they go thru very hard times and can’t afford to keep their cars so Mannheim is contracted to repossess the vehicles. My wife’s car was repossessed after she passed away and I was told that I could retrieve her things within 10 days before they even did anything. When I got her things I found that all the bags pockets were opened and everything emptied. Surely there must be some sort of code of conduct. Some of the things in the vehicle is personal belongings of people and there must be a line drawn before they can have a free for all on people’s things. Other than that the customer service was good.

Got here before my appointment, and Ive been waiting an hour....Ill keep you guys updatedUpdate: apparently they were understaffed this morning, but the waiting time was unbelievably long, waited an 1:30 but the actual inspection. Took about 10mins...so kinda a sour experience for me but if you go on a day that they are not understaffed it should be pretty quick, Ill give 2 stars cause Im still salty about the waiting time

I had a very bad experience with this company. Regardless they picked up my bike providing no paperwork or information on where i could come get it. Once i got all my paperwork situated with the bank i went to retrieve my bike. They charged a $600 hook up fee, as well as other bogus astronomical charges. When i asked to receive a copy of the paperwork so that i may see why my bill was so high they told me that cant give me an itemized receipt, and that i will have to track down who ever they send it to at the bank. They didnt provide me with a name, who they were sending it to sending me on a wild goose chase. Making a stressful situation even worse.
