THESE GUYS WERE REALLY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I CANT SAY THE SAME ABOUT THEIR PAL (WHO DEFINITELY PUT ON A FEW POUNDS SINCE THE LAST TIME I SAW HIM...). NICE JOB GUYS. HORRIBLE experience. I was very cooperative with ROBERT from this company. (I’m 5’2 petite woman, Robert is 6’2 large big bellied man) He arrived in the middle of the night & blocked my car. I told him I would bring the key to him and grab my things. Then ROBERT THREATENED ME & MY FAMILY by having his hand in his pocket and shouting, “I CAN GET GUNS!” I was TERRIFIED and replied there’s NO need for that. Then ROBERT THREATENED me and shouted, “I CAN GET FAMILY HERE TOO!” I was SHAKING moving quickly & I was so SCARED as I was cleaning my car out and being cooperative. ALL was UNCALLED for. LEGALLY you can NOT THREATEN people when your repossessing a vehicle. The police came and DIDNT deescalate the issue which kept me in FEAR of BOTH now. I’m pursuing legal action now. BE AWARE of ROBERT!!!!

Basically they did their jobs. He allowed me to remove my belongings. It is what it is. They blocked the car in I guess in case I would make a run for it which I would never do. My son in law didnt like how it went down, but it went down smoothly, and it was going to happen. I knew that. Cant be angry at people doing their jobs. Peacefully is always the way to go.

Very bad experience about this company..they took my car at the middle of the night then when i get my release after 3days and checked all my belongings inside my car..they took the coins(changes), my snapback, and i think they even throw away my pairs of rosary..if there is only a negative star i will give it to them..then i called the number and never heard from her again..be aware guys..this is a true experience so when they take away your car be sure to take all whatever you have inside either valuable or not.. i am doing this because of my frustration about what had happened to me..i dont care about the value that they took..what i am after is that they shouldnt took whatever is inside your car..that is considered STEALING from a private property
