I am absolutely thrilled to have found AlohaGraphics!! I got other local quotes for my flyer printing job at $169 and $194. They did it for $100 and it was ready within 18 hours!!! Cool… Absolutely Outstanding

The technician needs to go back to the kindergarten to lean how to distinguish the differences between index finger and middle finger. As soon as the fingerprinting was done, I confirmed with the technician if the process went through correctly as it should be. And he replied me YES. So I left the store. One week later, The result from the government office came out error due to the technician rolled index finger twice in two different spot. Thus, I had the worst customer services ever. After been told by the filedprint company needed to reschedule an another appointment. I called Aloha graphics to confirmed with the technician whoever did my finger print. The technician shows his careless attitude towards to customers. There was another customer also had problem with the customer services a year ago. I should took that review in consideration before heading to this fingerprinting place.

I was hesitant to switch vendors, having worked with my previous printer for 7 years. All my files were there, the graphic designers knew what I wanted, but the attention to detail was lacking. I was probably 5 years too late in switching.Charles attention to detail is second to none. He carefully reviews print ready files and has caught a couple of mistakes. He brings proofs and delivers in-person, and is always fast, efficient, and careful. I also enjoy talking with him and readily shares his knowledge.I cant understate how refreshing his attention to detail is, and having worked with a number of overseas companies where attention to detail is everything, can easily say his work meets and many times exceeds the threshold. Im very happy and hope I have a new print vendor for the foreseeable future!

Aloha Graphic is great for making simple copies. They do fancy business cards, brochure and flyers etc. The staff and owner Mark is really nice and accommodating. One of the staff is Chinese speaker, so thats great for those who no speak English.

I love this shop. Well priced, friendly creative people. They always make my deadlines, and do it with a smile. I highly recommend this print shop. They can do anything.

Ive never had to leave a bad review for any place before. Probably the worst Customer Service through the phone Ive ever experienced, it was almost laughable. Whoever answers your phone needs to have a good talking to. Even if my request was improbable to do within the deadline, there is no need to talk to a potential customer in such a condescending and cutting way. By the way, I found three printers that all said it was not only definitely possible, but they went out of their way to suggest additional options and customizations for me. They gave such friendly customer service I will be considering all three of them in the future. I will make sure to steer our clients away from using you.
