As soon as I walked in the showroom caught my attention. I was greeted by Meagan nd Lawanna with smiles. They let me walk around for a bit before asking if I was looking for something in particular. Both Ladies are so knowledgeable and listen to all the needs I may have. I was in love with this green piece of mosaic tile from Artistic Tile, I have a hard time imagining it in my house or in a setting Meagan was so sweet to pull up examples and pictures of some projects they have done or some catalog photos with designs done with that particular tile. It was then i knew it would be a good back splash for my future kitchen. I recommend them for how easy they are to work with and detailed .

Thats the most terrible place to order materials i really have bad experience with this place

I just had a wonderful experience at Bella Petra. Becky was very helpful with my flooring selection. I found exactly what I was looking for and more. The tile I selected was in stock and at a reasonable price. The selection of beautiful wall tiles!!! Loved the friendly atmosphere complete with family dog. Most definitely recommend.

I use Bella Pietra often for our interior design jobs. They are extremely professional and have a gorgeous selection. It is especially convenient near my home with great parking availability. Would highly recommend!

Took tile one month to arrive when told 3 weeks when ordering. They did deliver tile though, when it did arrive.Glass tile ordered was not enough. When we returned it 4 days after delivery, was told we gave the wrong measurements, which was not true. I didnt want to argue with Layla. It was our word against hers.She gave me the choice of leaving it there on consignment,or being charged a 30% RESTOCKING FEE. I needed the money for a different tile I had to buy from Home Depot to finish the job.I feel a 30% restocking fee is ridiculous!Especially when it was returned with 5 days. Dont order anything Special Order from them. Other tile ordered was beautiful, but unhappy with customer service.

Well their attitude certainly hasnt changed over the yers. Went in for granite, and was told by the young woman that they no longer stocked granite on the islands. Only to be told by a other unseen employee that yes they do keep some slabs out by the airport, but normally you go online and order from CA. That would have not been a problem had she not then said that through the website takes 4-6 weeks, and would be shipped by air. Who in their right mind would ship granite slabs from CA by air and wait 4-6 weeks? We didnt inquire on pricing, as this store was not meant for us. And we could let the young woman get back to her internet searches, which seemed more important than our needs. Businless must be good, or she is a family member, unsuited for a front of the store position.

Very unethical business. The wearhouse was caught stealing or selling the material I purchased. When I confronted them the material magically returned 3 days later. The owner, Layla, was extremely rude,l and confrontational. If I could rate them 0 stars I would.

Customer service was the worst Ive ever experienced. Decided to take my business elsewhere.
