Everyone I interacted with here was friendly, efficient, and professional. It was the one bright spot in the otherwise frustrating and miserable experience of replacing the window screens on my unit.

Customer service was friendly and accommodating. Expect to wait at least 8 weeks for install. My Ikaika door lets the breezes in, but keeps the bugs out. Didn’t have to open the door to shoo away solicitors, too.

I was trying to find a repair or replacement for old hardware, and Tanya went above and beyond by actually borrowing the part so she could research options and finding me a solution that worked and was cost effective! Terrible customer service. waited a month for quote response then was not able to do the complete work order and provided a quote that was outrageous. I do repair work and would not recommend this company at this time.

Worst service ever.... I had my glass window inspected and the inspector notated that my house was on the market to sale. To note the urgency. Received a call saying I would have a quote after the new year holiday. I waited and had no response. I had to call multiple times and was told someone would call me back. The sad thing is a supervisor even failed to contact me when had my quote in hand. After waiting so long the repair cost more than a new window itself. ($800.00 more) Now my house is in escrow and I am behind a week because of their lack in Customer Service. I would not recommend them. If it was possible I would give them no STARS

Mistakes happen. Its important to note that Screens and Things addressed all of my issues and I now have a well-built sliding screen that exceeded my expectations. They stood behind their product and Im very happy with the results. In hindsight, there are a couple of issues that prevented me giving a 5 star. It took several calls just to get a quote for my screen and I did not initially get the product I ordered. I hope this was an isolated case and I appreciated Mr. Alexichs comments and action. Yes, I would recommend this company.

The phone and counter courtesy and expertise was a great experience after lot of frustration in locating replacement parts at big box stores which did not have items. Before I went there with my contractor, they volunteered to search for parts by asking their suppliers should they not locate what I was looking for. Tsilva and Kukuna Nakanishi were fantastic to work with as we were approaching the closing hour. They had wide product knowledge as if they were also repair techs and explained the return policies thoroughly.

We had an issue with our screen door components. The company is making good on their product.

Despite a couple hickups, Screens & Things fabricated and replaced most of our window screens as well as replace a couple of jalousie operators. They are pricey but worth it. There were a few mistakes made which caused them to come out more than twice. Nonetheless, the issues were fixed at no additional cost. Thanks to Chris, Romie, and Kukuna through this project.

Purchased a heavy duty sliding screen door 4 months ago. Had to have it redone from get go as there were couple of flaws in the screen. Today, handle snapped off... really cheap plastic for a handle... helllooooo!!!!
