I have purchased products from Travel Products Hawaii for many years. Arlene has always stood behind her products and has been very responsive when I had an issue with a product that didn’t work well.

I bought a Travelon cross body hobo bag from her booth at the NBC exhibition hall oct 2018 and took it on a trip in the end of November 2018. The lining kept getting stuck in the zipper during the trip. The zipper tab has now fallen off and the lining is again stuck in the zipper. Without the tab the main compartment is useless.
