Seriously owner dude?Ive been coming here for fasteners for my boats for 13 years. I bought some ss allthread to fix a steering problem for my boat. Needed 3 cuts. They wouldnt do it. Ended up at a machine shop where they did the job in under 5 mins. I asked 3 times, two different people, but the word came from the boss in the back. It is what it is I guess. I like the parking here better than Industrial Hardware, but there is no real reason to come back.Edit: no, you didnt have to cut that rod, and you didnt. I was hoping that 13 years of coming there would be worth something. It wasnt. Fish N Dive, Island Divers, Honu Watersports, those are a few of the names that will have a long history in your system. Name depends on the job. There is no need to call. Luckily, I relied on another business to business relationship that Ive been going to for years and they helped me out. That was the first and last time I really needed something and the answer was no. Thats fine, and now you know who I feel about it. It is unlikely youll have to deal with me in the future.

Amazed they had the one nut I needed to complete a project that every repair place said they needed to order from the mainland. Interacted with two of their great employees, one on the phone and one at the counter. Both were knowledgeable and professional. On the phone they understood exactly what I needed and without hesitation verified they had it in stock. When I picked up the part I was reminded why I love Hawaii; where else do you get treated like family even before you introduce yourself. This is my go to place in the future.

Very helpful in finding unusual sizes

Worst customer service. I was literally pointing at what I needed and this oversized lady was really rude, had an attitude, and was so lazy she wouldnt even walk over to what I was pointing to. Literally brought my change and receipt and just started talking to the next customer. Also, apparently this one guy isnt allowed to talk to humans at the counter. She was openly demeaning and rude to him in front of customers. It was pretty uncomfortable. This lady needs to be fired. Wont come here again. Obviously just a locals only place. Pretty sad because it looks like they could use the business with the sorry shape of it.

Im always satisfied by the prompt and polite service. I havent found a better place to get my nuts.

ZERO STARS----I USED TO BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE BEFORE, BUT ON 10/19/16 A LARGE FAT LADY WOULD NOT HELP ME EVEN THOUGH I HAD PRE-ORDERED MY HARDWARE BEFORE ARRIVING THERE. UPON ARRIVAL THE ITEMS WERE WRONG, --SHE WOULD NOT CORRECT IT BECAUSE I GUESS SHE WOULD HAVE TO WALK TO THE BACK AGAIN--ALL MY HARDWARE QUANTITIES WAS NOT THERE/WRONG--SHE THEN SNAPED THATS ALL WE GET!!!-- AND ON TOP OF THAT THE PRICE WAS ALMOST 5 X THE PRICE I WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE. WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT THESE ISUSES, HER ATTITUDE JUST STUNK!!!! THERE IS NO SERVICE HERE ANYMORE!!! THEY HAD MY PHONE # AND COULDNT EVEN CALL ME?? LADY SNAPPED --WE BUSY-- THERE WAS ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON THERE......NEVER COMMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!...GO TO INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE WHERE I FOUND EVERYTHING AT A BETTER PRICE WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE

Probably have what you need, but very self serving store policies. Not at all customer conscious. Overpriced already, so try to sweeten up on customer relations.
