Cashier didnt know customer service at all! No hi or hello and didnt even offer or telll me that you need to pay for paperbags. Im just visiting the island and thought that putting grocery is a self serve since she didnt say anything about it. Just standing there looking at my groceries after scanning. When I put my grocery myself then she reacted and acted like Im stealing paperbag then rudely say I need to pay it coz she follow rules. Wth I will steal a 16 cent paperbag!

The dim sum place in the corner by the entrance is surprisingly good. Roast pork, char siu, pork hash, half moon, ma tai soo and manapua are all winners. Only problem is theyre getting more and more popular and its not uncommon for them to sell out of my favs if you show up late.

Good market, can find the usual items needed. Keep in mind no public restrooms here soo be aware.

Great, except there is a local criminal hacker gang stalking me that drive around with cell site simulator devices capable of silently hacking all devices in their range, which includes every single cellphone at Kam Shopping Center between 7.45pm - 8.05pm, when I came down to do a little shopping. I cant get either local or federal law enforcement to take action against the criminals responsible, so these devices remain an open threat to the citizens of Honolulu, until someone with a badge puts a stop to it on their own accord, or at the insistence of the public who are most threatened by this situation. Other than that hacking scenario we all face, Kam Shopping Center remains an awesome place to shop!

I can’t get past the way this place smells - it’s disgusting - like a dirty pet store and will knock you over. Good selection of alcohol at reasonable prices. Forget everything else unless emergency.

Was looking for sandwiches for a quick bite or a deli but ok the had sandwiches, not to my liking so we left.

I shop here because its nearby they have fruits that I dont see in other franchises and I like their seafood selection.

Shop here for salmon, shrimp, steaks and produce. The prices are a little higher but the quality of these items are quite good.

I grew up in the area & remember Star Market before it was Times. Times is good at keeping up with the trends, flavors, presentations & marketing.Customer service is pretty good most of the time. Could use a few tweaks...greeting the customer when we approach the checkout stand, instead of just proceeding to scan items and asking if we need a bag! lolThe security guard whose there most often is friendly. I always say hi to him. I think most people just ignore him....

I live about 7minutes away from the Kamehameha S.C. location, the closeness to home is the reason I shop there a few times a week

Great staff honest forgot my wallet on the counter, the clerk brought it to my bank in the same location American saving when I got home they called said they had my wallet, so greatful!

Gotta get the salmon and mayo nigiri. Great for a light snack. Get 2 if you like share..

One of my neighborhood supermarkets with great selection, and good hot prepared food at good prices, and a good dim sum at that location.

Im a Times shopper but I am use to my home town Times in Temple Valley.

Beautiful place

Nice, clean and a friendly cashier. They had everything on my diverse list. Some prices were high but what can you do when you find the items you need? Then again, coupon items from Mid Week were more than reasonable. I just wish the carts werent so far.

They are good for specific reasons

Very rude service. They have kinds of groceries however the most workers have attitude to their customers. Not giving changes back either!!!

Thanks for replying to my rating. The reason why I provided this rating was the produce that I had bought did not exceed my expectations. I bought a wide selection of fruits and those fruits were not ripe with even the grapes that were on special moldy already in the bag. Granted, Ive had excellent produce from this particular times before, but something needs to be done to maintain a solid consistency when the brand promotes itself as Hawaiis most complimented produce. Other than the produce, the selection of other food items at Times are adequate.

It is kinda pricey compared to big box stores. It doesnt have a very big selection of food. Has the basics. Serves its purpose of being a neighborhood grocery store. Very friendly staff.

They always have the items I want

First off I would like to say that as a working mother my time is precious. I was amazed at how clean and organized the store was. I found what we needed fast. What really shocked me and caused my jaw to drop was that manager was helping bag groceries to help keep the lines moving.

Would love to work here! In need of new challenges.

This one star is not for times but for the shopping center itself! No restrooms! Windward city shopping has open restrooms, perfer to spend my money there.

After getting through the mayhem of trying to find parking I finally made my way into the store. It is amazing how a smile can change your mood because when I went in I was irritated, but after being greeted with smiles from all the employees all of that negative energy left me. I was even more surprised that even the manager although he looked busy was helpful and all smiles.

Always find what I need here. Parking is easy and the fruits and vegetables department has good fresh produce. If I dont find a particular cut of meat the butchers are more than happy to help to see what they can do. It does get busy with long lines from 4 to 7pm as people stop in after work.

Pretty much everything for dinner

Customer service are definitely delightful. They try their best to do their job and help others who are to lazy to look for it 😂. They have cooked food, a bakery and Bank of Hawaii as well as a Pharmacy. Parking is a bit hard to find sometimes due to this plaza is busy most of the time but it gives you opportunities within groceries and employment.

Good prices, sanitized carts, clean areas.

Everything is good. Only wish the bank would open.

Times has great deals especially during their Ad sales. I find myself spending a fraction of what I would be paying at F**d***d or S*****y! I especially LOVE the selection and prices of their produce!!! Parking is not the best and to avoid the crowd I will go shopping really early or very late in the evening!

The workers are nice and the managers actually are on the floor working. They also have in my opinion the best roasted chicken.

Just a quick shopping . Bank of Hawaii is located in times market so went to pay a bill too. Service for the market side was good. Bank was a little crowded but not too long of a wait

Times is one of my two favorite grocery stores I love to go to. Foodland is my other favorite grocery store and I live right in the middle of both of them on School Street. They are 2 of the best local grocery stores we have in the islands. I love the local produce and products they have in their stores. Buy local! ALOHA and MAHALO

We are visiting Oahu from big island. There are many ‘Times’ supermarkets here in Honolulu. They are new to me, so this is meant for other visitors. It’s good enough to stock the fridge of your air bnb with the essentials. Better prices than the nearby Foodland. The bakery is weak. The poke is mediocre. It’s pretty much a normal grocery store... usually pretty crowded.

Water machine sucks after a few gallons it runs out and were stuck waiting another 10-15 minutes.

We were so disappointed because the Raw Fish with Limu and the small Tako was not fresh. It was slimy and the color was not fresh color. The Tako with Limu and Lomi Salmon not taste good. I will never buy Poki from Times no more. Total waste of money. I will drive the extra mile and go to Foodland for the BEST Poke.

Minnesota one of the most affordable of the supermarket that I found when I was in Hawaii on the best place about this place is that they have a lot of deals and a lot of sales and the food is organic or local grown every time that I went to whether it was in town or on a different part of the island they all were fully staffed well-stocked the vegetables and fruit are very good nothing negative to say about this place and we recommend it to anybody above going to Walmart
