Not too crowded and found what I was looking for. Alan (hex) wrench set and crazy glue. There were helpful employees walking around unlike big box stores. A little higher pricing but I can live with that for the convenience!

Went to Haleiwa ace and ask the manager if that was the price for the chainsaw and she told me that the prices are set where they are locked up. I go to the register and it rings up a totally different price. The manager handed me off to a new cashier and said ring this up and make sure it’s the right price. When it rang up different they pulled the “it was probably a new worker who put it in the wrong spot and that it was too big of a price difference to give at that price. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!! Going Home Depot...

Extremely friendly service from people who know what theyre doing. Yes, its a little more expensive and somewhat less convenient but well worth the extra money and time. Sure theres plenty of things to go to big box stores, but sometimes you want one thing and a bit of advice.

I like to support ACE stores whenever I can but have to give this store 3 stars because two different associates have tried to help me but end up giving me incorrect information. They ask me what Im looking for, which I do need help with finding, but I definitely dont want you to feed me some inaccurate details about a product. I feel that they underestimate the consumer. I am a roofer after all. I know much about hardware store goods.

This is a great little hardware store! Im frequently amazed at how many useful things they have! Location is quick and easy to reach from H1 East, and I havent had a parking problem yet. The staff are about THE best Ive encountered ANYwhere. The only minus is their store hours - NOT open very late.

Staff were attentive and helped find paint and sandpaper I needed for a school project. Clean and organized.

Very helpful staff. Tucked away in between buildings, you might pass by it without noticing but its there. Small and quaint with the right material to finish your project.

Great store. The cashier and store helper were great and got exactly what I needed for my projects (I only needed an extension cord and leather work gloves). As we know crimson the island is unbelievable, so most items over $5.00 are locked in cages. I also had to leave my briefcase in a locker by the door since I stopped by on the way home. This isnt aces fault of course, just indicative of Honolulu in general. Ill come here again!

Always liked Ace Hardware and how they offer a variety of household needs in a small store!

I DO NOT know a lot about hardware,but every time I need something but I dont know what I need,I leave this place feeling like superwoman with a wrench and a screwdriver.Although this has the name of a nationwide brand ACE it actually feels like a local mom and pop store. The staff are friendly and never too busy to help someone like me, without talking down to me. I mean it, I ask questions and they may be rolling their eyes on the inside, but they are all smiles and help on the outside.By the way, the people at the large home improvement stores are helpful too, but those stores are way too huge, and so far away in traffic. Kaimuki Ace is right here when I need something and I dont know what Im doing.

I always find helpful people working here, if I need help they can normally figure it out. The store is small so I can usually find hardware items and hand tools.

This Ace Hardware location is very convenient and the staff there are very helpful and friendly we went there looking for a toilet seat and we was hard for us to decide which one was the one that we needed and a couple of customer service people there was very helpful in helping us decide which one to get and it helped us fine other things that we needed I rate this location five star which they surely deserve

4 employees 2 customers. I asked for help cashier made the call 5 minutes later no one helped me, so I left went to City mill best customer service from the security guard. People who shop at Ace might want to try local and go to City mill.
