Island Hydroponics has everything you need for a successful garden. Prices are as cheap as online, but locally available. Zach is super knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help everyone who comes through the door grow the best crops possible. If youve got questions or need advice on grow optimization, nutrient use, lighting options, ventilation, etc....you name it, Zach will talk story and share his experience all day. Highly recommend.

My best friend moved to Hawaii recently and bought a house with a backyard that really needed some TLC. On my first visit we made a trip to Island Hydroponics and Zach helped us put together everything we needed to plant a beautiful garden! He is super friendly and knowledgable and even helped with the design!

Zach is extremely knowledgeable on gardening, to include methodology and equipment, and is always willing to share that information. He seems interested in the topic at hand and is in general, easy to talk to. Island Hydroponics has a respectable selection of fertilizers including GH, Fox Farms, and other commendable brands. Reservoirs, fans, soil, various amendments, pH/TDS/temp/humidity meters all available, as well as many other items. The store is open on Sundays, which is great. There has always been parking available in front of the store, but San Marcos chicharron and sausage joint clogs up the front parking lot at lunch time. In my opinion, Island Hydroponics is the best combination of customer service, expertise, and selection on island.
