I needed to find a joke gift for a friend of mine. I saw some colorfully designed boxers - so I walked in. I ended up buying a fun gift that my friend actually can wear (quality is amazing) while laughing at the design.They are not cheap but they are well made. I rather spent a bit more to get product that lasts longer than contributing to wasteful landfill of cheaply made clothesThe lady who was helping me know it was a gift and she wrapped it for me without asking.French made underwear from Waikiki. I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store in Waikiki. The shop owner was friendly and ready to help me with anything I needed from finding the right size to the correct wash and care for the clothes I bought.The style and quality of their clothes is superior to the majority of what youll find walking through Waikiki. It is definitely more on the expensive side but its worth it. I wish we had one of these in Portland.

I am not one to go online and publish a review. I dont think I ever have. I really dont think its worth my time typically. But, I really want to make sure that the Pullin company is held accountable for their actions, and that nobody else finds themselves in the place I am.Pullin charges high prices for their products, which is fine, but then they dont back up their brand with customer service. I had a bad experience with a shop in Hawaii, and the owner refused to help. I wont go into all the details, but Ive been trying for 8 months to resolve an issue with a t-shirt that I paid over $40 for. A T-SHIRT! As if a company this large can not spare one t-shirt to create a satisfied CUSTOMER. At this point, its not about the t-shirt, its about calling out a company for treating people as disrespectfully as Pullin has treated me. This should not be the case. Its not right.When I contacted Pullin corporate, they simply shrugged their shoulders and said, Thats between you and the shop owner. They will not intervene to make sure that the shop owner is representing them well...in other words - they dont stand behind their brand.Yes - their styles are really cool...but dont expect that they will treat you with any amount of dignity if you encounter a problem with their products or service.Emilie (the shop owner) straight up told her corporate office things about me that were completely untrue in the process.
