Mark at the Salt Lake store in O’ahu was great, friendly, answered all my questions, and got me in and out quickly with what I was looking for.

Bought a mattress back in March with the help of Mark who is knowldgeable but lack friendliness at first. he helped us in choosing the perfect bed for me and my wife. Had a little bit of a problem since I was charged with delivery fee but shouldnt have been the case since they told me they could piggyback the delivery with my orders from Ashley Homestore. Mary from customer service was able to take care of the refund right away as soon as I brought this matter to their attention. Mark sent us personal thank you letters too which i appreciate. All in all a good experience. Would give 5 stars if not for the mistake.*Tip: Double check your invoice to make sure you are charged correctly with only one delivery fee if buying from both ashley and slumberworld

Henry was very nice & helpful in assisting us in choosing a good bed. Although Henry was very nice, I feel the gal that help to complete our transaction was not friendly at all. In fact we felt that we were bothering her. No smile.

My wife and I had no intention of buying a bed. We actually weren’t even there for beds. But Sanford was such an informative and pleasant person to speak with that we were so happy to purchase a new Temperpedic bed. He is such a great person and an asset to this company. Worker didnt take the time of day to know why I needed a new matress or even try to suggest. All she heard was 500.00 for a matress. I like to start low cause it shows a sales person true intentions, are they there to help and care or just make a buck. For her make a buck.Went to matress firm, same scenario. Instead she took the time of day to find the right matress I was looking for and they had a great sale. Brought a matress that was around 2000.00 and an adjustable bed for about 1300.00.
