Nate was very friendly and accommodating. We met at the top level of the Whole Foods parking garage for a test ride. There’s a lot of open space to ride and to get a feel for the scooter. Nate had my scooter ride ready, so all I had to do was make the purchase, and I was scooting on my way. I would recommend them. The scooter is solid and durable.

Just got the widewheel pro and this thing is awesome! Wanted to try it out first so I set up a test ride and they met me with a few different models to try. Easy transaction and tons of fun, highly recommend.

Great quality scooter, I personally had the X8 but will be upgrading to the Mercane because of my larger and heavier body type. Couldnt ask for anything better! Mahalo! Had an issue with one of my scooters, so I contacted support. Alexis (support) responded right away, came and picked up my scooter, while I’m at work fixed it and returned it the very next day. I’m very impressed by their attentiveness.

Best customer service ever!!! I had an accident on my scooter, I parked it uneven ground and it fell and the throttle got messed up. It was very, dare I say cheap to fix, even pumped up my tires for me. Highly recommended!!!
