Eric was awesome! He inspected and gave his honest opinion on a bike I was looking to purchase from a private seller. This helped me make an informed decision on the bike, and Im exceedingly thankful.

I had a fork seal job done on my Kawasaki Ninja with Eric at Sportbike Hawaii. I brought my own seals, and 10w oil for the job and I was quoted $200.You get what you pay for.Right fork seems ok as of now, but the left fork has been leaking since I picked up the bike a few weeks ago. I initially thought it was residual oil left over after the job, wiped it clean and it happened again on two other occasions.I spoke to Eric, he told me to bring it in to look at it today. All in all, I brought it in, he did not offer to fix the botched left portion of my suspension and suggested that I continue to wipe it off from time to time.So, Im out $200 and I will still need to get my bike fixed so I can pass safety next year.
