Went there looking for small jewelry pillows for a project. The lady didnt have what I needed BUT she referred me to a place in Chinatown that might have them. (They did.) Extraordinary customer service on the part of the ARS lady, Mark of excellence when a rep will refer a customer to a competitor thinking about the customer more than themselves. I will go to ARS in the future for everything that they might have because of what this lady did today. Thank you!
