I had my van towed in due to broken belt and a/c locked up. They repaired all in one day! Great service, great communication!Excellent customer service!
Took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Pep Boys and the mechanic was a Tow-and-go guy. Set the tow and didnt touch the camber or caster. After haggling to get my money back I called over here and talked to Lee and not only did Lee take the time to look up the vehicle to verify that he could do it, but he got the job done quickly, the right way and for the same price! Go here for your alignment needs and ask for Lee! Hell treat you right. We are almost back to Pennsylvania (few hundred miles driven) and the Jeep is driving super smooth.

The team here does a great job! They are quick and do it right the first time. Have never had any issues and they don’t try to up sale you on stuff you don’t really need. Between myself and my family, they service 8 of our own vehicles and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

I give them 3 stars for the three mechanics I saw who were fast, polite, and did a great job on my tire patch. This was my first time at this location.However, if you strive to be Covid-safe, I may suggest going somewhere else. There is a mask mandate in AL, and the building requires face coverings before entering. One desk clerk wore their mask the entire time I was there (an hour or so). The mechanics were not wearing masks. The other desk attendant complained about wearing masks to me, stated that they only wore masks at work and no where else, how they had a bad time when they got sick W/ COVID, then took off/pulled down their mask multiple times in front of me. Further, they played some sort of podcast on their phone for me to hear describing how the Covid vaccine is horrible, dangerous, would cause auto immune issues, and that they would never get it. They then pointed out to me that this is why none of us should have the vaccine and asked if I was listening to it. While Covid is not forever and everyone is entitled to their opinion, I took offense to this seeing as I am an immunocompromised individual. When I told her that, she bluntly said I would get even more auto immune diseases if I took the vaccine. Thank you Dr. Desk Attendant. It was very awkward and off-putting. I would have waited outside had it not been raining. I have worked with the public for years and always try to maintain an impartial attitude with customers as to not offend anyone. My job is to provide excellent customer service, not to offer hot topic opinions whether it is my own or some podcast. Had this not occurred I would have given 5 stars because the mechanic service was excellent, but the comments from the peanut gallery, not so much.
I got a great deal on a set of 4 new tires by buying them online through USAA. When I bought the tires I was able to schedule an appointment to have them installed. The installation didnt take long, and I was very satisfied with the work that was done here. I was also thrilled to find that my tires came with free regular rotation for the lifetime of the tread. Im looking forward to coming here every 6 months to have my tires rotated.
My tire pressure sensor light was on and I thought I had a flat tire. I brought my car to this service center, the staff was really helpful to make sure all my tires have the right pressure. They were courteous and quick. The service was complimentary.Another positive experienceI went there for tire repair. Goodyear actually offers the service free of charge. I am pretty surprised and delighted as well because other place quotes a $30 fee to repair a tire. Anyway I was satisfied with the service and would recommend this center.The owner is at the front desk to make sure everything is organized and systematic. Some people naturally just look serious. In my opinion a good job at reasonable cost is all that matter especially for auto service. It is always better to schedule an appointment to avoid unnecessary wait.

Ok so they do great work. But they are in NO hurry to get stuff done. I have been there 3 or 4 times now. To fix a flat, it took them 3 hours. When I needed my brake pads replaced, I dropped my car off at 8 am and it wasn’t finished until 330 pm...again, they do good work, just expect to wait for longer than they quote you...
I Highly Recommend this shop for your vehicle maintenance and tires. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable.
LONG TIME STAPLE FOR HOOVER COMMONS AND THEY DO GOOD WORK
Very un Professional and they acted like they had so much work on there hands when the mechanics were outside just chopping it up, and if your Hispanic like myself don’t not go to this location they treated me different unlike the white American guy in front of me. Just pathetic. I was just trying to come in to see if my car needed an alignment and the dude told me we don’t do free alignment checks unless your buying tires then what’s the point of getting an alignment check if your just buying new tires. Smh and I said can I have just one of the mechanics come out here to my car real quick just to feel the tires to see if I need one, my tires didn’t look bad I just wanted to make sure because I take care of my car. And online it says Goodyear does free alignment checks no where does it say you need to buy new tires.
A great place to get your tires and the prices are pretty affordable. They installed my tires in less than an hour.
They fixed my car well, however they werent clear on what was wrong with it and they never told me how long it would take to fix the car. I had to wait there for five hours, and I had set an appointment two days prior. Theyre not very hospitable or welcoming at all. They act like they dislike all their customers. Also before the car was fixed they told me it would be 300, but when I went to pay it was 700. I felt like I was overcharged and I wasted half of my day there. I do not recommend going here unless you are a man or if you have connections there.

Prices are competitive but they do try to upsell and put windshield wipers on when I didnt ask for them. They were willing to remove them but it pays to be very clear about the service you want.
Horrible customer service. The Guy in the front desk ( he is a bit senior, tall man), should not be in the customer relation. I suggest, never go to this Good year.

I had trouble opening my hood, my truck needed oil & all I know is that my husband said the latch was in the grate. I popped the hood lever & pushed on anything that looked like a lever. I have MS, it is 90 degrees out & my hands are very weak today, so I thought it was me not having the strength to push a lever enough. I was at a gas station right across the street from Goodyear, I pulled across the street, went inside & ask the guy at the counter if someone could help me open my hood, told him I had the oil, I can put it in myself but I have MS & am having trouble opening my hood. Very rudely & with a look of how dare you ask me that, he tells me it will be a while about 90 minutes - I said to open my hood? He then proceeds to tell me I probably broke something with the latch & he has nobody right now (I see men walking all around with Goodyear shirts on - in fact I am speaking to a man right now) I said nothing is broke on it, like I said when I came in I have MS, my hands are weak & I cant pop the lever and proceed to turn around towards the door shaking my head in disbelief of the rudeness & lack of just common courteous of helping someone out. He then looks over at this young guy behind counter & barks at him - you think you can help her, the guy politely says with what, Mr. Rude goes I dont know something about opening her hood. The very nice young gentleman walks outside & in less than 2 minutes opens my hood & proceeds to show me exactly where the latch is & how to do it. 2 maybe 3 minutes!!! But I went through 10 minutes of rude, making me feel like crap cause I cant open my own hood, pure ugliness. I will never go there again!!! Before that young guy offered to help - I had tears in my eyes that is how horrible the rude old man behind the counter made me feel. Ladies NEVER stop or go by - you wont get the least bit of courteous!!! I was so upset, I immediately drove back across the street just to do this comment.
Black guy does the cut off neck thing as soon as I pull up at 430 even tho they say they close at 5 I put up a 5 and he waves me off ... We use this shop so we can have our tires rotated and oil changes done in one place. They treated my elderly neighbor well when she had a bad tire, and have always been forthcoming on issues.This week my ‘02 Camry has a terrible vibration. Round one was tires, but when that didn’t do the trick Mike (guy at the desk) and Lee (one of the mechanics) worked with me to get me Road worthy again. It wasn’t an easy fix, but they were patient, upfront, and fair. That’s all anyone wants.-You can make appointments online, but it’s best to call as well. The online boooking is a corporate function and it helps the folks at the store plan if you let them know you made an appt for tomorrow.I’ll be back.

Honest work done right the first time
They broke a stud on my car and called me and wanted $95 to fix it. A stud cost 50 cents and takes a minute to replace. Any other place would replace that for free.
