This is my favorite department store. The service is impeccable. The selections include brands not found locally. The wide array of styles and options and the environment is the best in the city.

My Daughter was looking for a homecoming dress and a friend recommended Von Maur. Its a little high priced for me personally but the woman who worked in the department were my daughter was looking was AMAZING! She was the nicest and sweetest woman Ive met. She was patient with my daughter and even laughed and cut up with us. My daughter found her dress thankfully. I dont think she will ever forget that night. She made sure to go back and thank her before we left!

The town of Brookwood is a very family Friendly and close group of coal miners . It’s a coal town and has been since the 60’s and the ballpark is definitely a place to take kids and enjoy your day

The Associates are very helpful and caring. They give you absolute personal attention. They recognize and speak to me when I come in and always with a smile. I feel like I have personal shoppers. The merchandise is beautiful and unique. I absolutely enjoy going and buying from this store. Also the piano playing and music is quite relaxing. Thumbs up!!!

Upscale department store with VERY attentive sales people. Always very friendly. Brooks Brothers, Tommy B and Tori Richards are my go tos here. Also like the Southern Tide and Southern Proper brands. Bought a half dozen or so dress jackets - they come with free tailoring. Small shoe dept but a great selection. Even the wife and daughter come out spending way more than I had hoped (mostly in the purses and shoes) but still very solid values. Very clean, love this place!

I love to shop in Von Maur! They have excellent customer service and a great selection of different items that you cant find anywhere else.

This is an excellent place to shop. Everything is well organized and clean. They actually have staff around. I have gone to other stores like Belk or Macys where you pay similar prices and their service is horrible. You have to search for help and when you do find them they seem bothered you help them... BUT NOT at Von Maur. They are more than staffed, they are happy to help... in all areas of the store including the gentlemans area. It is pricey but with the quality and service. For people that want to be minimalist and get less clothing with good quality and great service. This is the place! I have decided I will be coming here 1st when I am looking for something in particular. For the frugal side of you, the sales racks are loaded with great deals. Check them out!

This was a gorgeous store full of beautiful clothes, shoes, and anything you can think of almost! It was definitely a wonderful experience visiting.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! Don’t get me wrong I liked this store when I went in and I actually bought something only to find out all their designer clothes are fake!!! We got shoes from them and paid a decent price but for them to be fake is a big never again for me. I wind up having to go to the Nike outlet just to get the same shoes for the same price. If your money is worth your while don’t shop here.

Has pretty much everything you need. Little expensive yet good. Though their plus size section really isnt plus size at all. Also their lingerie doesnt have much selection.

This is the shop of surprises. Marvelous surrounding and ambiance plus a real piano player. Thinking i could not afford anything but they were not shy promoting their sales. I found three pairs of good looking boots at a great price.

Daughter had a return, and shoe manager was helpful and gave her a quick credit back on her card.

Always get snubbed in clinique section... I get better service from the salesmen than the women! Was told a few months ago that I probably couldnt afford the bottle of perfume I wanted... found a manager and bought 14 bottles! Was a pretty woman movie experience! Oh well!

This is our favorite department store! They have great merchandise and you get to listen to someone playing the piano beautifully as you shop! The employees are really friendly! My favorite is the lady with the accent in the mens department and the lady at the perfume counter! They are sweethearts!

This place is horrible. most rude people i’ve ever met working together all at the same place. the black dude with really messed up teeth is the rudest one there. and the woman working with us about our complaint was even ruder.

It’s very sad! I have loved Von Maur but this time I was told I had to have a mask! It’s no wonder it’s dead as 4’oclock at this store when you treat your customers like children. Very disappointed. I told her I guess I could leave the store and she seemed to infer that was probably the best thing to do.

Great sale on kids and women shoes, got 3 pair of name brand shoes for $104 unbelievable...sidebar was told by a very nice sales lady that Wednesdays at 10am are markdown days.

I have avoided the Galleria for years due to all of the unsettling incidences reported. I got desperate for a couple of items I could not find at the Summit so I visited Von Maur. Easy to access from parking lot. I visited the shoe department and Estée Lauder. The ladies were so helpful and worked well together to find my items. Outstanding customer service! The store was clean and nicely maintained. I have discovered a new place to shop. Thank you Von Maur!

Von Maur is a wonderful store to pick up higher quality clothing. This store at the Galleria is a beautiful store. Well laid out, well stocked and well staffed. I will say that most everything in the store is higher end merchandise and therefore a bit pricey. If youre looking for a bargain this is not your place. That being said it is a delightful place to shop. Recommended.

I had never seen or even heard of this store. It was nice. It reminds me of Parisian. Oh, I really miss Parisian, so I enjoyed shopping here.

This store is the most fancy place around. The store is beautiful and all departments are great. I love their shoe selection, cosmetics, casual stuff and high-end brands. Staff is very kind, polite, and helpful. And the piano playing gives this store a real air of elegance. Never quit that!!

Parking in the front is convenient and very well lit. Inside is clean and organized. They have a piano on the 1st floor by the escalator. A lady that works for Von Maur was playing it when there werent that many customers. It was close to closing time. I enjoyed it and helped put you in that holiday mood. Also, loved the amount of seating offered if you wanted to sit and wait on someone or just rest.

I had the best time in the jewelry department this afternoon. The lady who helped me was wonderful. She helped me try on several pieces and made the overall experience enjoyable. Such a great inventory as well.

Von Maur is my go-to store for all occasions. Whether looking for casual wear or a dress for a wedding, I can always find something that works. The laid back atmosphere created by the piano player, is heavenly. The staff actually learn your name and your preferred style when you go there as often as I do. Another convenience is the parking right out the front door. My favorite store by far.

This is a wonderful department store to shop for clothing for everyone as well as makeup, shoes and even home decor. The store is beautiful with soothing music being played by an live pianist. Even the dressing and restrooms are clean and gorgeous. Although you can find quality items on sale or clearance; the merchandise can be a bit pricey. However, they do offer a (no interest) store charge card to those who qualify...which I find to be awesome.

Von Maur is my happy place. I’m always excited to go there and so, so zen when I leave. It’s perfect. 💗P.S. check out their bathrooms...they’re fancy.

Always a lovely place to walk thru when going into the Galleria. Love the piano player. The NON pushy staff is amazing. I was purchasing a gown and the woman helping me was honest and kind! Very pleased with my experience. Gown shopping is difficult, and she made it a breeze. In and out within 20 minutes!!! Also, they offer free alterations, which is a giant bonus for me!
