Great place to find a large variety of hats, shirts and jerseys. Love that they can stitch names on hats while I continue to shop in the mall. 10/10 would recommend. Noah and Kris were amazing.

Worse customer service i know they close at 8 but they didnt have to shut off lights at 745 and tell everyone rudely to get to the cash register...some time its not what you say but how you say it..

The Riverchase Galleria closes at 6pm on Sundays, I attempted to go inside of Lids at 5:43p and was told that they close at 5:45p by a sales associate. The sales associate would not let me into the store and proceeded to let down the gate. This time is not listed anywhere on their store markings nor it is listed on the website or the mall’s website listing. Very poor customer service!!

After 3 weeks Im still waiting on the hat I ordered when they told me 4 days. The people are nice but the knowledge of service when it comes to ordering is sub par.
