Just purchased our new boat from Flash Marina in Lake Hopatcong and my wife and I couldnt be happier. From the initial consultation with Jerry to the boat being launched everything went smoothly. Dawn and Jerry kept us informed on the status of the build and Kurt the owner sat with us and helped us choose the best location for my crazy electronics. We are keeping our boat there for the summer and will most likely continue for years to come. I would without hesitation recommend them and Tracker boats as well. Keep up the great work? Whoever said service is dead hasnt been to Flash!

I will Definitely bring my business there, and recommend everyone else right to him personally.I had stopped in out of the blue, and Kurt invested well of 30 minutes to explain to me in detail all possible options, warranty structure, outboard comparison, and customized boat packaging. Ive bought multiple boats from Kurt and it was always a good experience, and his knowledge of boats was also helpful. Marks service has always been fantastic getting boats fixed when I need, winterizing, and good advice. Theyre always friendly and helpful. Ramp is great for low water too, and without cars flying by like some ramps.

Im very new to boats and had to ask a ton of questions to figure out which boat was the right one for me. The boat that I wanted ended up selling before I could purchase but Kurt answered every possible question I could ask and was extremely helpful. Even if youre not sure what you want to do this place is definitely a good start.

My experience with flash marina and Kurt are just the opposite of Jeff K. Had a mercury on my whaler that sat for 2 years. I took It out and broke down on the lake. I managed to paddle back to my dock (in my neighborhood). I went to see Kurt, he said he would be more than happy to charge me a tow, and then charge me to fix my motor but I should try filling the fuel bowl with known good gas and start her up. I did just that. He was right! He talked me out of spending several hundred dollars with him. I then traded in my whaler a year later for a tracker. The sale was easy, and no haggling necessary. I like Kurt so much, that I dont keep my boat in my free neighborhood slip and actually like keeping it there. (the neighborhood slip is in very shallow water).When Kurt used to sell kayaks, I bought a very high end kayak from him. He would not let me purchase until the lake thawed and I tried a bunch out. He lugged about 5 different kayaks out for me to try, and spent a half day with me helping me choose the best fit for me.I am sorry to the poster who had a bad experience, maybe there was a misunderstanding or just a bad day, but it really seems to me, that was a very isolated situation and not the norm for Flash marina.As far as the finger docks... well, it is a marina and they tend to be a bit utilitarian. I expected nothing more than the very useful, practical bulkheads and docs at flash. 6 star rating all around from this faithful customer.

Nice place. Lady who helped us was nice but in spite of multiple messages, the owner never called us back about the boat we wanted so we went to a Bass Pro shop in Connecticut to get it because they called us back and followed up with answers to our questions.

We bought a small used pontoon from Flash in August 2014. They were great and let us keep it there in the marina until we took it out of the water in the fall. The transaction was great. Our salesperson was Tommy and Dawn helped with staying in touch with us. Thank you Flash!

Great place for people with no experience, they answer every question they treat the customers with care, and you can feel safe and ask questions when you stop by as they have a lake righ there! Everyone is so helpful! I go there every time i take my boat out, and i dont plan to change

I just got a slip at Flash Marina and so far my experience has been nothing bellow expectacular. Everyone is extremely friendly and eager to help. Dawn has been extremly nice and helpful. She has answered all questions therefore making me feel at easy knowing that I picked the right place to put my boat knowing it will be in good hands.
