Then I reached back out to them several months ago regarding installing a key pad. Robert was nice enough to tell me what to order off Amazon. I’m new to the area and I didn’t really know who to call to do my garage repair. I saw Advance Garage Doors with an abundance of great reviews and overall satisfied customers. I gave them a call at 3:30 and within an hour Robert was knocking at my door. My garage door wouldn’t close & kept getting stuck. It was a cable and spring issue. Robert found the issue within minutes, after I previously had another local repairman come out about 4xs to try to repair my garage. I was given an estimate and we set the appointment for the next morning. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I was in shock! Lol! I’m so pleased with this company and my repair. These guys were great! Highly recommend! I called and got ahold of Jeff. Told him I had a torsion spring break and what size I had. He said they were able to come immediately and fix it, on a Saturday, with NO EMERGENCY service fee…. They were at my house in 30 mins and found that the original installed springs were WAYYYY undersized for my door. So not only did they correct the broken spring, they corrected the installers mistake with correct springs and added bearings that weren’t installed originally, WITH NO UPCHARGE ON ORIGINAL ESTIMATE!!! Great local company and HONEST beyond measure!!! Garage door went from 80-100lb on “wrong” springs to a couple lbs on “correct” springs and now lifts with pinky finger! All with a 2-year guarantee thrown in free, for good measure!!! PLUS, they used high cycle count springs as well…. I really can’t say enough about these guys and how confident I am that they will make you happy you called them…. I know I am!

Advance Garage Doors did a excellent job of installing a new garage with garage opener at my Mother’s house. She recently had a problem with the doors not closing and they immediately came by to see what issue was. It turned out that a broom was blocking the sensors preventing the garage door from closing. They were very responsive and understanding.

They were able to keep an older motor, replace two doors and install a new motor for less than we had anticipated. Another company had said they wouldnt be able to keep the old motor but these guys checked it over and said it was just fine. I hope this review gets this honest company more and more happy customers. The doors look great, work great! When it IS time to replace the older, mature, motor, I know who to call. These guys are prompt, call ahead, and professional.

Ended up having them install a safer torsion system for our garage doors and they were done quickly and showed up when they said they would. After checking reviews on several local garage door contractors, I called Advance for a broken spring. They came out on the same same day and retrofitted the system with stronger springs and new cables at a fair price. These guys are pros who know their trade and worked seamlessly together (no guessing or bumbling around, they just knocked it out). The repair was completed in less than an hour and were very happy with the results. Highly recommend, would use again.

Robert came out did an estimate and answered all my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very good with communication. They came out to remove the old broken garage door and system to replace it with a new door and motor. It was very quick and works wonderfully and feels safer than my old system. Amazing same day costumer service. I called at 930 in the morning and had new garage doors by 1130 that same day. The installer knew exactly what had happened to my previous garage door opener within 30 seconds of looking at it. Let me know that my previous garage door openers were over 15 years old and would most likely need to be replaced. I never felt upsold more like he was just stating the fact that they needed replacing. We then discussed options and I went with the belt operated newer models due to the fact that it had an auto close feature. Total install was less then an hour, and was kept informed of the process from start to finish. I appreciated the professionalism.

Our large two car garage door stopped raising,, so we called Advance garage doors in the evening and explained our broken garage door issue. Once they gathered enough information from me and they understood my situation wasnt an emergency needing immediate service, they scheduled me for the following morning. Next day, Robert and Jeff from Advance showed up just after 9A.M. and came into our garage like a Nascar Pit crew!.....Each one knew there duties and jumped right in and QUICKLEY repaired our broken garage door.
