Great customer service. Friendly staff. Very clean for an auto parts store.

Love the zone! Having never owned a new vehicle in our lives, we have used them frequently! Always courteous, always willing to dig around to find the items we have needed, always willing to help me do things that my dad had missed before he ever allowed me out on the road-and there are not many of those!

Im sorry I didnt catch the name of the female employee that helped me but she was absolutely amazing! She was helpful, so very nice, very sweet, & even engaged in conversation with me & my mother. If I ever need a y parts or anything Im definitely going back to this Auto Zone.

They have most everything I may need for normal repairs. The employees dont seem to want to help with anything in front of the counter. Ill try other business that have helpful employees next time.

Service good, .was looking for replacement parts for my car. They had to order my part. But one thing stuck out with me at this place is the fact that they are fair and honest. Can beat that at most stores these days.

I recently purchased a new phone that does not have earbud/earphones accessibility - I have to use Bluetooth to listen to my music! I went to a well known department store; told the young man in electronics that I needed a Bluetooth Adapter for my car; he picked out what I needed & I purchased it - IT WAS NOT FOR MY CAR; it was to adapt to headphones/earbuds & Id already purchased Bluetooth Earbuds when I got the phone.So when I went into this AutoZone I wasnt really expecting it to be any different than the last time.BUT IT WAS GREAT... I went in & the young girl @ the front cash register spoke to me; asked me what she could help me with today; I told her what I was needed; she took me straight to a shelf that was filled with different adapters! She pointed out the 3 that were exactly what I needed; she then asked me questions about what my needs were; did I need it to have charging capabilities & stayed to help me choose what was gonna work best FOR ME.She was amazing; Thank you so much I can now listen to my music while driving!!I WOULD DEFINITELY SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Ordered the parts we needed at 7:45 pm on a Sunday & they will be on the 9am Monday shipment truck...nice!!

This is the best auto parts store. It is always clean, well organized, and the Customer Service is 100%. The Management team is also 100%> I only shop at Hopkinsville Auto Zone for all my car needs.

Update: after posting review, was contacted by corporate, they reimbursed me fully.I was told by employee that they could check my battery, even though it was under the ECM as long as I uncovered it. He had me start engine to check charging, said it was fine. When disconnecting device he bumped the ECM, causing it to fall on positive post of battery, cutting off car. Checked all fuses, ECM had arc spots on it. I had to get it towed because ECM was fried. Another person came in while vehicle was getting loaded on tow truck, he said company policy was they were not allowed to check battery that is situated, even if customer exposes battery. $1439.62 in repair, submitted claim to them. They say they arent responsible. Told them if tech had told me he couldnt check batteries like that, I never would have exposed battery. He went against policy, and they claim no negligence???????Im a 100% disabled veteran!!!!!

Good prices and most of the time the people are good

I go here often, most of the time they will go out of their way to help you. Every once in a while, they will a new guy who has to be brought in line, but they are all knowledgeable great guys to talk to.

My wife came in today with a defective battery still under warranty with a receipt. Chris, one of the managers, was the person who lacked the professional courtesy and competency to help her today. While it is up to the acting manager to issue a refund, Chris lacked the necessary and sufficient skills to actually help an in-store consumer obtain any sort of help Chris actually had the audacity to tell my wife to have me call him if there was an issue. I fail to comprehend why a phone call from someone currently out of state was necessary to resolve today’s issue? My wife ended up taking the battery to another branch in Tennessee, to which a refund was issued via the same payment method used to purchase the battery. Problem solved.At Chris’s request to call him if there were more issues, I attempted to call the same day, but he had left for the day. Therefore, I spoke to Jordan, who is another manager and asked him politely to hear my complaint. I stated the same complaints per this writing, to which he believed it appropriate to interrupt and speak over me. To finish my sentence, I it was sufficient to remove the ear piece from my ear and continue talking over him to finish my point that we would be contacting the district manager, who oversees the branch in Hopkinsville, as well as the store that actually has helped us in the past when the Hopkinsville location failed. Jordan kept stating that the store manager knows them and are good friends. Was this articulation to make me aware that nothing would be done about their level of professionalism? I fail to see how their relationship is relevant to their failure to properly address an issue in their store. After making that point with him STILL attempting to talk over me, I wished him a nice day and hung up the phone. I afforded him the professional and common courtesy of allowing him to finish his statements. Why then, could I not be afforded the same opportunity.We will not be back. My best advice: If you have a return, go to any of the Clarksville locations. Those store managers have stated that they receive many complaints and resolve many issues that the Hopkinsville location fails to address.

Manager was lazy. Employees upset, seemed like nobody wants to work. If I had more money, I would have gone to oriellys.

We were driving south to Georgia, and on our trip our front wheel bearing and hub assembly went out. They had the part put it on hold for me & we drove to get it. I asked the gentleman if there were any shops on a Saturday that would fix it, he recommended a place but when I called it was 600. To fix it. so I went back inside to buy the tools Id need to do it myself . When I walked and told him what they said, his reply was oh no we aint gonna do that, he started getting all the tools together that Id need to do the repair. Dustin went above and beyond what I expected at a auto parts store. He turned what would have been a nightmare financially and a few days of waiting for repair into a hour and a half of downtime and us resuming our trip with a warrantied bearing and a set of sockets that in total only cost less than 200. Auto zone has earned my business due to our experience today.thank you again Dustin for all the help and making a truck breakdown a great experience for the first time .Nick and Christyle

Overpriced on everything and they know very little about vehicles. Several times I went there needing a specific tool, they gave me the wrong one. Went to OReilly and they knew what I needed. Last time I needed a brake caliper tool. He looked at me dumb. I explained it, he replied with we dont have that. I pointed to a picture of it on their display mate for rental tools. Is that what you need?

I told the clerk I needed plasti-gage. He didnt know what is was and said they didnt have it. He didnt even look it up in the data base to know if they have it. I know they carry it because Ive bought it before. I just get most things from Jegs and Summit now.

I had placed an order a week ago (it was going to take that long for them to get the part at their location). Went to pick up, no one had any idea what I was talking about. The Parts Manager started laughing and informed me he was on vacation for the last week so he had no idea what had happened or what was even going on. Poor service
