I bought stuff from them many times before when I worked for another company just a few years ago with very good service.Just yesterday I went back because they have a sign on door that says “Klein Tools”. I got there at 7:30am and they don’t open till 8:00. I went and asked where are the Klein Tools because I needed some diagonal cutters. Some youngster at the counter had no clue what I was asking for. I told them I had to have Klein and they to pick another brand or someplace else. John Cherry didn’t even offer to help, just walked off. That gripped me a lot. I still had my work uniform on and maybe he don’t like that company and couldn’t see past it and didn’t recognize me.They need to get rid of that sign ASAP.
