These guys were AMAZING! I just bought a used Piaggio scooter from them and it is perfect. They went out of their way to make sure everything was squared away for me. They kept me updated about my loan status and even filled up the tank of my scooter before handing the keys to me! I cant recommend them enough!

Honestly I would steer clear and stay away from this dealership. I am an avid long distance rider. I was 10 mi away from this dealership and showed up at 9:00 a.m. when they open. I had an exhaust leak and needed a new exhaust system. One of the managers or even the owner himself not sure who he was said Im sorry theres nothing we can do for you. Didnt check in the back didnt see if he had an extra exhaust system or even a pull off exhaust. Just simply said sorry theres nothing we can do for you. But then I called the Indian dealership in Nashville and without hesitation was told to come in and we will take care of you no problem. Drove an hour and a half to the Nashville Indian dealership to receive some of the best service Ive ever received from any dealership. Hopkinsville Indian dealership is not a place you want to go if you need repairs or upgrades they have four customer service and could care less if youre traveling across country.

Enjoy my visit. Took care of my problem. Enjoy talking with their staff. Always have a good laugh since I ride a Harley Davidson. Just good people.

We have bought two Indian Roadmasters from Ryan in the last three years. Out of curiosity we priced bikes at a different Indian and they couldn’t come close to the deals we get from JPM. We have developed such a friendship with the guys and gal at JPM that we would never buy anywhere else anyway. They are super honest and are just good people. Tommy is the only one we trust to work on our bikes. He is just that good. We give them five stars for sure.

Big mechanic been there for years is cool. But the rest are snobs. They will order parts that you dont need and claim that you ordered them. Its as if you dont ride something they sell, then your not cool like them I guess..lol

They have to order anything you may need. We order parts for a tire the beginning of April we r still waiting its been well over a month ago. We were gonna buy a new dirt bike but they dont have any.

From the second I walked in it felt welcoming and no one was trying to push me into buying a bike. Which is different from many other dealers. They answered any questions I had. Ryan was very patient and worked with me a lot. Im happy to be part of the Indian owners now.

My wife and would like to thank everyone at JPM INDIAN Dealership, my wife and I broke down while on trip we were about 300 miles from home. Anyway we made it to the dealership finally around noon on a Saturday. We got there and my wife’s a diabetic and she didn’t have lunch yet and we didn’t have no way to go get anything to eat so the owner of the dealership offered us her vehicle so my wife and I could go get something to eat. That was a blessing. And then there’s Tommy great guy who got the regulator rectifier for Our motorcycle. He did say he might not have the part, but if he had to he would take it off a new bike, Now I have been to a lot of Indian dealerships in the past six years and I tell you what this Indian dealership is above all of them guarantee it. They got me and my wife back on the road motorcycle running great no complaints my next motorcycle is going to be from there keep up the good job JP and M performance Powersports great job you all are a blessing.

Came there for a throttle position reset the guys that call themselves service techs are a joke cranked my fuel programmer all the way up got gas in the oil and didn’t even do anything to fix the tps what a waste of time and money

Moved here from West Tennessee and were referred to JPM. My experience with JPM has been terrible when it came to them working on my motorcycle. I have spent a $1000 buying different parts that JPM said I would need to fix the problem to no avail. Ive taken my motorcycle there 5 times for the same issue hoping they would get to the bottom of it and as of right now my motorcycle is still messed up doing the same thing.

Their selections on new bikes was impressive. They also had several used bikes that are very reasonably priced

Used to be a good place do get mechanic work done. Recently I have on 3 different occasions tried to bring business to JPM and felt as if I was a burden to them when I called or showed up. Hey if they dont want my money there are plenty other places that would be glad to have it and smile when I hand the cash over. Owner is a great guy but he needs to get his staff in check before they run more people off and no one comes back.

Traveling for work. Needed front tire changed out on a Saturday. Called and they got me in just after 3. Had it done just before 4. They closed at 4. Really saved my trip from falling extremely behind. Awesome service and great crew all the way around.

So obviously I cannot speak for the team as a whole. This review goes for the service dep. Tommy ( my mechanic for Yamaha) and Ben ( the service writer) have always performed at or above board. Honest recconmedations, timely service turn around, and never a cut corner. Ive used Tommy for years, from 17,000 miles to 54,000 miles on this bike to be exact. She still runs top. Pro tip, show up at 9 for drop offs, usually get the bike back before 1 if its routine like a tire or oil change.

I was passing through riding my 2018 Scout with my husband who owns a Chieftain. We live near Lexington, Ky. I decided to stop by and simply inquire about tires for my Scout because From day one of purchase I bought From another dealer it has numbed my hands, and has ridden like a tank . I always said I thought it was he Tires! I have heard all kind of excuses! But today I had good honest dependable people, including the owner, who also has hands on in his store solve the issue and explain and show me and give me a great price on a set of new commander 2 tires and get me right in and complete a recall in less than two hours. I am very grateful and Reccrmend this business for best work and prices on all.We arrived home after a 550mile ride today and my bike was amazing. For me, the reliability and honesty of employees are most important. The employees at JPM are helpful, honest, and friendly. They have helped me get my motorcycles ready for the season through service and parts ordering so I can do work myself at home. I recommend them to anyone needing motorcycle, ATV, etc, help in Hopkinsville or Oak Grove.

The staff was very helpful and was not trying to pressure us into anything just told us when and if we needed him to just let him know gave us his card and let us continue looking without following right behind us. Such a very clean place to even the bathroom was clean.

Tommy and Ronnie in the service department is the best there is. Rick at the parts desk is the parts guru and a great person. The rest up there arent worth the gas to get there.
