Extremely rude employee at ocean shores location. Never want to go there again. Rather drive extra to any other location. One of the things the lady said to me was if you dont know your car then dont come in. That Napa is a parts store, not a mechanic. That I needed to educate myself about my car, that I couldnt rely on my dad or my husband to just do it for me. I was looking for a light for my car. Just didnt know which light I needed and was hoping to get help on which light to purchase. Said it all with another customer just to the side of me. Made me pretty upset. I even apologized.

These guys care ....... I am still driving a car that I was going to send away for salvage..... they had an easy fix that I couldnt find on YouTube..... I will never go anywhere else!!!! Thanks again guys!

First off I am a very patient and kind person, but I have to leave this review. When we went in the lady just sat there didnt say a word just stared at us. I asked were hoses and clamps were and she sent me to electrical. I called later and she didnt know anything I was looking for, basic car stuff too. She wasted 10 mins and then said oh nope dont have it. Its apparent that this lady doesnt know carstuff and its just a job to her . Definitely not high on the scale of customer service to say the least.Drive to Ace hardware lol youll find more of what you need 🤣

This place was fantastic. I walked in and was greeted with a very friendly employee that helped me out with my dead battery. After he helped me find the best deal, he not only loaned me a tool but offered to help as my wife and I replaced the old with new. The guy carried the old one inside. Awesome dude. Thank you!

They went above and beyond with their customer service! Had a power steering pump break while we were here for the weekend, they found the part at another store, shipped it next day for us then to find out that the pulley was also bent so they delivered it an hour later to us in the parking lot. Let me also say this was on a saturday.....when most places were closed. They loaned us all the tools we needed, allowed us to fix it in the parking lot and were extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. I also want to add that there were countless people that stopped to ask if we needed anything, offered to either give us a ride to somewhere or to get more tools/parts. Best experience I have ever had at any auto parts store anywhere hands down. Didnt even mind being broke down in the parking lot because of how nice everyone was to us. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. If you are going to break down in ocean shores this is the place to do it!

Terrible customer service! I bought windshield wipers (Napa Brand), got home and there were 3 different attachments included. I went back the next day, walked in, no greeting from the guy in the sweatpants so I thought he was a customer even though I was the only car there. I start to tell him I bought wipers but am not sure how to put them on. He says, I cant help you, Im the only one here. Okay... dont care to hear my question, look at the wipers, maybe just try a little? I was parked tight in front of the door. So, I went to another Napa whose employee was happy to help, explain, and demonstrate. Guess who lost my business forever?
