Exceptional Folks! I had broken down 700 miles from home and it would have been an expensive fix if I had them do the work... $2k. I didnt have the time or money at the moment... One of the technicians named Dary checked my vehicle out on his own after hours and then offered to tow me all the way back to Boise, Idaho (21 hrs round trip) with his own truck and trailer for basically the cost of gas! Would highly recommend these guys as the shop is full of honest, good people!

Fast service, friendly ppl. however upon having them install their personally recommended speakers I found that they sound worse than the original speakers they took out. They didnt give me the original speakers after they took them out and I discovered the following morning on my way to work that my drivers side window doesnt roll completelyup with one touch of the button and my front passenger window now doesnt roll down at all.

Excellent work, completed both ahead of schedule and under estimate.

I was driving from the Hoh Rainforest to Ocean City Washington to get better internet to do my job. My brake light came on. The shop I stopped at in Hoquiam was so very immediately kind, knowledgeable and understanding.The mechanic that took the lead was a part time overlander. His rig is neat. A Nissan Xterra with a snorkel and a dometic fridge on a really neat pull out rack. They had bookings all day for weeks, but they squeezed me in understanding that I was living full time in my van. They let me sleep in their parking lot.The shoes on my rear breaks had worn paper thin and the break lines rusted up pretty good. All of this was inspected and shown to me and explained and I was given options professionally and the mechanic was over-the-top helpful and trustworthy.Crowell Bros. On simpson ave in Hoquiam, Washington. Unbelievable service and so accommodating to a full time vanlifer.

I have a funky import with hard to find parts. I called the shop and they said to come down and have them take a look. The technician postponed a lunch break to wait for me to show up and was very knowledgeable and friendly when I arrived. He identified the parts and installed the new deck on the spot. Im very happy with the service!

Stopped by here today, Robert and Ryan took a look at my Mustang and put awesome rear tread on it. Fast and the price was right. Thanks guys, my car looks great.

Great experience with Crowell Brothers. They’ve done work on our VW installing a hitch and on our motorhome installing a satellite dish. Highly regarded in Hoquiam/Aberdeen WA area. We will definitely think of them first whenever we have work we want done.

Usually good but not today...brought my truck in to have interlock revalibrated..and the only one authkrized left early for another job and run around bs...

Atmosphere is dirty and cluttered. Got my stereo installed then my dashboard where all my gages are wouldnt work. I told them they did something and they said it had nothing to do with the installation. I Turned the stereo completely off and my dashboard started working again. They would not refund my money. Will never go back to that place ever again! Waist of my money and time! Very disappointed!
