I like the home town feel but need to be open later, alot later. And drive down some costs. Redesign to meet neighboorhood product needs, hardware replacements, emergency plumbing, cheap cleaning supplies, mops, buckets, cheap spray paints, painting tools and tons of garden plants and every other product throw out. Not worth stocking if nobodys going to buy it. And this business could really thrive
