I LOVE TARGET!!! I am a Target shopper. Easy in and easy out.

I frequently shop at this Target location. The employees are always so helpful and have positive attitudes. During my shopping experience on today, I was struggling to find a particular product. Thankfully, an employee named Sophia was able to help me find what I needed. She went above and beyond to try to locate what I was looking for. Not only did she try to locate it, but she succeeded in locating the very last one in the back of the store. Thank you Sophia for being so kind and helpful!

Product: dpci 249050297 manufactured by Friul Intagli Industries spa is a brown five shelf bookcase purchased at Target. Shelf was supposed to have lettering like in instruction booklet to assure all the peices were available. But there was no lettering on the peice. The diagrams show placing peg in one hole but instructions have it placed elsewhere. Not to mention when we attempted to put top and bottom together the two halves collapsed and cracked. Also backing of shelf was almost paper thin. Must do better Target so disappoint wish i could get my money back for a better product.

If youre buying an appliance, be sure to check the box before you leave. I put an online order for in store pick up for a 6 qt. Instant Pot. The box was banged upset, but having worked retail, it was no big deal to me because boxes get damaged in shipping all the time. My fault for not looking insideWent to use it the very next day, the pot is all dented and destroyed, was it a return that was thrown back on the shelf without the employees checking the product? Now I have to wait 1-3 days to get my money back? Thanks for nothing.

The variety and the friendly service is second to none. Getting my son prepared for college has been very hectic and emotional. Being able to purchase online and pickup in the store less than an hour later was perfect.

This target is an older target and isnt quite as nice as some of the newer ones. I still enjoy going into it, as it has better selection than some of the other nearby stores. The workers are generally somewhat friendly and sometimes you can find good deals here.

Quick and friendly associates. Easiest pickup Ive ever experienced. Started out at the target in cordova on Christmas eve and they were out of what I was in search for but Talencia helped searched and saw that Horn lake had it ordered it online for instore pick up and it was ready before the 2hr pickup time given. Walked in and walked right out with gift in hand.

Would not exhange a defective product purchased at one of their area stores. Horrible service. Will not purchase from Target again. Will be returning by mail at Targets expense and will be requesting full refund. Thanks.

Love this target! Every time I visit, it is clean and organized. They provide fast service and the employees are nice and professional.

It is so lovely to be back in the area with this Target. I loved working here when I did a few years ago and while much of the place has not changed we have noticed a new addition to the store: a family restroom. My partner worked here as well a couple years ago with me and has since started her transition from male to female. We know Target is very pro-LGBT and we appreciate their stance on her using the restroom of her choosing. Shes in that middle ground currently and gets super nervous going to the womens restroom alone. Usually if there isnt a family restroom I go in with her to keep crazy psychos away, but we are so thankful for the new restroom addition as she is more comfortable going there currently than either gender specific one. Thank you Target for being decent human beings!

It’s close to home, bathrooms are always clean, great customer service, great selection of merchandise. Cashiers are always informing me about updates in the app and how to receive more savings on purchases.

This Target has all of the standard merchandise, but without the Starbucks, and has not seen a renovation in a LONG time. This target still has the neon lighting around the top on the inside. Everyone inside is very nice and friendly. I hope they get a renovation!

The reason for the score is that I am able to get in and out without a long wait. I like the products Target carries as well

Employee Serra in Customer Service went above and beyond. I was trying to help a young lady in the parking lot with a dead battery but didnt have any jumper cables in the vehicle I was driving. I went to Customer Service to see if they had any to lend out. Were a was working and said they didnt have any to lend out, but she had some in her vehicle we could borrow. She went above and beyond and is a credit to your store. Thank you Were a!

Like the merchandise

I had the worst experience ever today, I have never been so scared in my life. I truly hate after i reported the incident about a strange man following me around the store and he even attempted to touch/snatch/attack me. The store lead did not take it seriously. I even had to call the police, they arrived 15 minutes later I will never forget this incident. My life could have been harmed today in that store or the gentleman could have come back to harm another shopper. The 2 associates never even asked my name or said they were sorry, I had to encourage Dustin to record my info. When the police made it I asked them to go pull the security tape. The associates informed me no one was there to even show the tape, Im truly discouraged. Sometimes employees have to put the shoe on the other foot because these things are happening everyday.

Ran in to get a couple items and asked a lady scanning items for help and she was extremely rude. Seams she was a vender. Target you need to get people in your store that are not such sour people. Lady was scanning CDs. Could not believe she was so rude.

This is your typical Target store. The stores setup is reverse of others Ive seen but they offer the same items. Plenty of parking but also plenty of sidewalks for walking and biking.

Horrible experience. No one was available to help. Would give 0 stars. I definitely will take my business elsewhere. Worst target ever

The aisles were clean. The products on the shelves were in order & front facing. The price tags were directly in front of sales items. The cashier were friendly & check out was fast.

Would give zero stars but there isn’t an option for it. Rude managers. Cashiers are pretty cool. I’ve been shopping here for years, and I’d rather drive 30 minutes to the Olive Branch location.

The location Of the pickup area is extremely convenient!

This is a P-Fresh Target with limited grocery. No photo center either. One of the shabbier Targets Ive been to. A lot of the signage is incorrect. Had a sale price listed under a display coffee maker that was dated back in September and I was shopping there in March! A lot of team members were stocking shelves and shelves were an utter mess. My cashier needed a bagging lesson also.

Without a doubt, worst customer service Ive gotten at a Target. Super disappointing from a store I normally love.Basically, when asking about a product, it took them 25 minutes to give me the answer, Well, I dont see the product anywhere, but I could be wrong.
