This was probably the worst CVS I have ever been to. The lady working stood over my daughter as she looked thru the $1 bracelets like my daughter was going to steal something. Then when we checked out she rang up our order & never spoke at all & then didnt even put our items in a bag. We had to ask for a bag. Horrible customer service to say the least. I will be er go back into that store.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This pharmacy is the worst. My wife’s prescriptions were called in two days ago and NEVER processed. Mine were called in 7 hours ago and still, NOTHING. The first time I used them I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But obviously this is a repeat issue. No matter how much you call, they won’t answer. They pick up and hang up. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else.

Get my prescription every month from here. It’s never busy. Really wish they carried some of my other prescriptions. The staff seems nice and professional.

I rarely ever leave negative reviews but the front staff at this place is so rude. They always either act like I’m a huge inconvenience for asking for a money order or just lie and say their machine isn’t working. Tonight I’m pretty sure I was accused of giving them a 50 dollar bill to throw them off (I was short 10 dollars for the money order I needed), even though one time I was given back way too much change and immediately returned it. If you hate your job so much, find a new one. I would never even think of being so rude to another human being, let alone a customer.

Im not at all a CVS fan because their prices are stupid high....not even good sale prices but on 8/14/21 at 630pm I unfortunately found myself with no other option but to willingly torture myself and go in this store, sacrificing time in my life Ill never get back! Dont do it people! Dont! Guy at the front register should never work with the public. He was rude, obstinate and seemed to enjoy his own nasty attitude. Some other female employee acted as if she didnt have time to assist customers. Im still too angry to properly review this business but you get the idea. Horrible!!!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I got left on hold over an hour trying to get my meds filled. When my husband drove up there I was still on hold, he told them and they would not answer the phone. I needed to tell them my meds had changed and not to fill one to fill the new instead. He waited half an hour. Still they couldn’t pick up the phone. There were 3 people behind the pharmacy counter. No one in drive thru. No one in the lobby. Just him. The older woman with gray hair and glasses runs around like a crazy person instead of standing still and helping the customer and she will not let you finish a sentence - always cutting you off so it takes three times as long to get done with your business due to communication problems. The store manager is terrible too. He said he would go straight back and tell the pharmacy to answer. He never did. I called him back and he shouted at me that he has other stuff to do than deal with my pharmacy problem. REALLY?!?! DO BETTER!

I’ve literally been sitting on hold for 25 minutes trying to speak with the pharmacy about my prescription that I’ve been out of for about FOUR DAYS. I usually get an automatic text message saying it’s ready but I haven’t received one at all. I was on hold for 10 minutes yesterday but had to go back into work so I couldn’t stay on the phone for too long. Do they just refuse to answer the phone?

We were out of town when we realized my husband was going to run out of one of his prescriptions. Popped in this CVS and Ellis hooked us up. They had to call our hometown CVS and the matter was handled in short order. Thank you to Ellis, Vivian and the other lady that was so kind to us.

I honestly wish I could give 0 starts I went here the other day after I got four teeth removed to drop off my prescription. The lady at the window said it would be ready in a couple of hours so I went back at the time I was given and she told me that they didn’t even have in stock what I needed and I was in excruciating pain because my mouth had came back to life. They didn’t even care and they were very nonchalant about the situation a phone call would’ve been nice considering that they call for anything else. This pharmacy needs to be investigated and shut down not to mention the restroom inside the pharmacy is always disgusting that It makes you sick to your stomach.

This has to be the worst CVS. The pharmacy is horrible!! Dropped my child prescription off Friday and it wasn’t ready for pickup until Wednesday!! Smh then on top of that they tried to charge me for his prescription and I’ve never had to pay for any of his medications. I’m over it we’ll be using a new pharmacy.

The pharmacy team here needs to be replaced! Anytime I’ve gone here to pick up my meds, I’ve had to wait no less than 30 minutes. Even went inside one time...still waited 30+ minutes to get my prescription. Abysmal!Tonight I went by to pick up 2 prescriptions that had been filled the day prior. Waited in the drive thru line for at least 30 minutes, and then when I got to the window, the OLD lady was super rude and went out of her way to make sure that I know that 2 of the medications I have been taking for the past 6 months could possibly interact with each other. She told me I was going to have a “Forced Consulation” with her. She then proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t going to sell me my meds.Why was this suddenly an issue tonight, and why has nobody else said anything about it before?I informed her that I’ve been taking these meds for the past 6 months, and I’ve never had an issue like this. Can’t say I was nice about it. Her attitude was terrible, and people don’t like it when you give them the same energy they’re giving you.Here’s some advice: Don’t let a customer wait in line for 30 minutes after working all day and then refuse to sell them their meds. You won’t get a nice response.

Really wish not to give one star, you doesnt deserve that much. No matter how urgent the situation is, the pharmacy insists that you still wait for another 30 minutes after they already told to wait an hour. No busy day, just waiting by myself for almost hour in a half.

The guy at front checkout is horrible. I dont need to hear about his personal lifestyle. I need to be checkout. This is with every customer. When I walk in; if hes at the front. I turn around before entering now.

I had to wait in the pharmacy line for 26 minutes to get my prescription. When I got I home I realized they didnt fill the one major prescription I needed. Also, getting in and out of this CVS is horrible.

My Wife went in and bought an Bottle of acqua di gio for 46.96 get home and there is an bottle of Body lotion in it and we took it back and the manager said it not his problem take it up with the company that made it. Now that is one heck of an Leadership for the rest of the people that he manages. I will say I will be taking all of my Business out of this location

Whenever I go inside to pick up my prescription, The wait timer is horrible. They have no one manning the register and the people working in there are reluctant to stop and help customers. I will go elsewhere in the future!

Pharmacy very unprofessional. I informed the technician that I had brand name prescription and Ill wait..she was so busy complaining about another employee to another employee that what I said was not comprehended. They were engrossed in the way this other employee poor work ethics. It wasnt until the Pharmacist Muenyi realized I was in the waiting area he asked and acknowledged what I said. Once my prescription was filled I asked him why would he allow such malarkey and I informed him I will do business elsewhere. He had no response. Sad but true.

Your doctor can call in a prescription at 9 am and you will not get it till the next day 3/4 of the time then when its ready you can go sit in the drivethru for another 20 to 30 minutes

Stephanie in pharmacy has the worst attitude. We have been waiting in line since 12:28 it is now 12:56. My 80 yr old grandmother needed something and since she was unsure of the size this woman kept rolling her eyes like asking her to do her job was a huge inconvenience.
